- Hey guys, today we just decided to do a spontaneous video. Vinn almost got robbed in the morning when he was on his way to school, so in this video he will tell you the story about what happened😱
People are doing crazy things out there to get money, so we just want to share the experience to create awareness. You guys stay always safe and be careful. And make sure you know how to protect yourself in such situations!!!!

Vinn I think you need to find a trustful guy who will come to pick you up every morning with his bike and will get you to school safely.
On the other hand, once you get to Germany, by the end of the year, try to find a training to become body guard. This will help you to get a job, either in Germany or Kenya as you have the ideal physics 👍

I am glad you are ok. Stay safe! My boyfriend in Nigeria also got almost robbed. Same thing. He threw his phone into the bushes. Farmer came by and robbers ran off. He said he felt they wanted to kill him. He also has to work on being angry about scary situations. He is learning, too😊

l travel in a wheelchair and l carry a taser with me. Some time people on drugs or loose dogs will approach me in an unfriendly way and l pull out the taser and turn it on and they hear that shocking noise and they back away. life is short you have to protect yourself.

You don't have to justify you having to defend yourself they put you in a bad spot and you showed them what was up! Good for you Vinn. It's sad because I bet there are others who aren't so lucky. Its tough because this guy now knows your address and reporting him could only make him angry and come back it's obvious they will do anything in hopes of making a bit of money... That's so scary Vinn, I'm so glad you are okay! I'm glad you had something to defend yourself too, it's so important to be able to protect yourself. Maybe you can get a tazor or pepper spray or even a gun. My husband is licensed to carry, i don't know what your gun laws are over there but if you can i would get one, life is to precious. Praying for you guys and I pray that you guys can buy a motor bike or car so you don't have to worry about things like that.
My suggestion to you guys is always carry a pcoket knife, its really helpful!

Thank god you are OK! This is such trauma, so scary! My city too having increased crime and just couple days ago people were robbed at gun point - and I'm talking about nicer part of the city. I, myself, have to limit where I walk from the subway to venue or even consider uber to the door of venue as so dangerous on the street. Vinn, I am so sorry this happened to you and hope you and Leni too don't experience ptsd from this experience.

Exactly what happened to my son. He tried trick on the bike man: pushed the pointed edge of his phone into the bikers back and with a low menacing voice, told him to turn around or.... the man quickly wheeled around , got back on the main road and my son jumped down while man sped away frightened!

In the US we have so many guns if that happened here someone would’ve probably got shot. We even have situations where the robber and the victim shoot each other dead.

I live in a small town and generally safe but I have heard of sometimes people taking over a car at a gas station, when you fill with gas they get in your car or lie and say they need help and steal your car. I am in Canadá.

There has been some complains about BOLT TAXI drivers robbing customers. Some drive dangeriously as per my experience. When you get a taxi make sure you share your journey on your mobile with relatives.
