Friends! Please listen with patience, I have been reading Shri Geeta for the last about 37 years. After listening to such lectures I realised that without guidance of Guru a seeker can never grasp fully our great scriptures!🙏🏻

This fellow is the epitome of patience, the importance of which I more fully grasped from a prior lecture. He is quite brilliant and is constantly interrupted. Listen to the wise man, hold your questions until the end. He's trying to provide instruction that he believes relates to this verse. Food for thought, give the horse his head. But alas, I'll hold my tongue now and show some patience of my own.

I thought listening is worth first and try to understand and than ask questions later…before even lesson started properly people asking questions… I feel people listen not to understand but just to ask questions…respect to guru for all answers 🙏

A few decades ago I borrowed a translation of Ashtavakra Gita which I loved. I had very little money so I copied it by hand into a notebook. In the front cover of the notebook I pasted a copy of Emerson's Brahma. Swami, thank you for this wonderful teaching on Verse 19. Just beautiful.

Hello, I have to share this with you because for me it helped me realize non-duality even in the supposed false world around us. For me there are no objects even in the world. Everything is a flow in the ocean of spacetime and when you see life as that flow it becomes non-dual as well. It's a non-duality within a non-duality. The physicist David bohm wrote a wonderful book called The wholeness and the implicate order as well as the philosopher ostensky wrote about this type of vision of time. Through this ego lense Atman no longer witnesses objects but only the flow.

Swami ji, whether this will be right answer of the question asked that why Ignorance? Answer what I perceive as is"Ignorance is our non-action of unmasking the knowledge masked by Maya or unearthing knowledge lying underneath in our awarenss or consciousness.

In the case of an accomplished dhyana yogi, it could be conceivable to access an elevated state of consciousness devoid of thoughts (Samadhi), dissociated from and independent of brain activity to such an extent that the brain might even cease to function, yet this state of consciousness would persist. A convincing experiment might be feasible if there were a way to temporarily deactivate or "turn off" the brain. If the yogui were to succeed in maintaining such a state of consciousness, even with a "turned off" brain, it could potentially provide a scientific avenue for admitting the existence of "God."
I'm convinced that consciousness is entirely separate from the brain, and it's only a matter of time before science can provide evidence for it.

Would it be possible to answer the Why part of inquiry for Existence by terming all causes after the primary cause as evolution of effects appearing as causative within the fold of time /space till it’s exhaustion . Only to be repeated being the very nature of Brahman ( That) ?

remembered this clip after Bill's question th-cam.com/video/u54IPWqF6no/w-d-xo.html
" A quantum can go both routes or it can go a single route. And it's possible to choose which. After the particle has already made its travel, you choose - after the particle has decided whether it's going both routes or one route, and after it's got through, you yourself decide which it shall have done. You seem to intervene to change the past".
