- What Amazon dispatchers see while we as delivery drivers are out and about delivering amazon packages for the day.
Original Video • What an Amazon Dispatc...
Tbh dispatchers have the easiest job my dispatch be lazy everytime I call he’s just flirting with the girls
Haahahahahaaaaa it sounds crazy but that’s real
I would definitely want to know how other drivers are doing. If there slow or fast, or how they are progressing in there routes. That would be a great addition to flex app
"I like different routes."
Famous last words. Enjoy getting more Laguna Beach then. Every time Amazon starts giving other DSPs Laguna they always do terrible and the routes come back to us. Glad I'm in the step vans now, they only send me down to Laguna if they have to switch me because someone new got a nursery route down there instead of Aliso.
Switching drivers on routes requires the DSP to contact the station and explain why they have to switch routes, and if you try to do it too much Amazon will retaliate. Usually the retaliation is reducing your routes.
Some schools have a kind of the same as businesses with the shipping and receiving back doors some use the maintenance crew garage as a delivery spot
After applying to all the Amazon Delivery Jobs in my area and waiting I finally have an interview tomorrow!
Good luck Mason!
nice! what state? how much it start?
@@MudvilleGeorge Louisiana and $17/hr
I wish all my stops where that close from the station and from each other I have to drive 50 mins for my first stop from station and 5-10 mins from each stop to another!
Good to know. I just started at Amazon again 😂

sheesh, y'all have 47 routes otr, i am a dispatcher for amazon and we average like 20-24 routes daily. lol
Im sorry to say, nothing is random with amazon. They purposely do whatever to make sure that routes are stuffed as possible. Amazon systems and routing are meant for the driver to fail. So to suggest and think that the system doesnt need work is just asinine...do you know how to improve drivers inefficiencies...you pay them better, you provide options for them, that way they are more eager to get the job done. I so tired of those that think their tech is what makes them so efficient....its just sad how idiotic some of these you tubers that promote amazon...corporate wannabe clowns...smh
Agree, shit job, overworked and underpaid to the max. Too many opportunities in America to be an amazon dsp driver. I’m gonna be giving my pay demand soon and if not, peace out
