I heard that the all wheel steering is also active at highway speeds and the tires turn in the same direction but I have not seen anyone mention this in any videos... So do the back tires turn at highway speed or do they just stay straight?

At highway speed, rears turn same direction as fronts. At low (parking lot, u-turn, etc.) speeds, opposite.
