Training, practice & passion. That is how he is able to perform as he does. Great reaction. His other covers of songs originally sung by women are awesome too. Hail ❤️🤘✝️
Another excellent reaction! To answer your question, raw talent plus determination plus hard work, including 10 years of vocal lessons equals a damn EPIC singer! Looking forward to more of your Dan reactions! Hail, Vasc-Nation, and hail the 1⃣9⃣9⃣!
Love your reaction. Dan amazes me with the way he can throw his vocals around and never miss a pitch. I can't even imagine the work that goes into producing a video with so many layers to it as this one has. Bohemian Rhapsody and Hallelujah are a couple of other fantastic covers to witness. Keep the Dan Vasc reactions coming!!
I knew you would be blown away by this, he is so amazing with everything he can do with his voice. Dan has worked very hard to become the extraordinary singer he is. There’s nothing he can’t do vocally, he is a phenomenon. Dan has quickly become my all time favorite singer, I’m madly in love with his voice…💕🎶💕
Thanks so much for sharing your reaction to my favourite song from Dan. He is a phenomenal artist who can and does sing everything to perfection. I am so pleased that you are enjoying his music and look forward to seeing what you choose for your next reaction from him. 🎶🌟🎶
EXCELLENT reaction! Thank you very much for checking this one out. It's one of my favorites. 😀 If you get the chance, you should check out the WIKI article about how and why Amy Lee wrote it in the first place. It's an amazing story, and the way Dan presents it really brings that part out...at least in my opinion.
So glad you are continuing your Dan journey!!! If you would like another singer to react to please try Tommy Johansson and his version of "You raise me up", I promise you will not be disappointed 😊
Metal music touches us, it embraces us physically. Fans welcome this embrace, respond positively to it, and feel stronger afterwards, while others reject it, get stomachaches, or simply want to get away. Metal is either loved or hated.
How does he do it? P R A C T I C E Dan has worked super hard at perfecting his craft. You can check out his very first video (still up on his channel) when he was 20 years old and not remotely as good as he is now. (He says of that video, "It sucks.") He made a ten year anniversary video featuring that first effort along with his much improved abilities. He's left his earlier, imperfect performances available so everyone can see that he wasn't born with his skill, he developed it with dedication and a ton of work.
Slowfud's comment explains how Dan did this. (Layers of his actual singing recordings). Dan is beyond amazing. Wait until you see his Bohemian Rhapsody and his Handel's Hallelujah. I love how he brought so much spiritual life & power to this song. One of my top 10 favorite songs by Dan. Great reaction! More Dan please!
Your reactions to Dan is almost as good as the video itself. I think you are truly shocked by what he is able to do. Given a wonderful gift plus years of hard work by him and thankfully he is willing to share with us. Encourage your subscribers to also subscribe to Dan to help him reach his personal goal of 1 million subscribers. 😊
How does he do that? Well, I'm not sure what he would say. Here's my take on it. First, the man has a God given talent. Next - Training Training Training. Along with Practice Practice Practice. He is so well educated that he taught voice for some time before he was able to branch out on his own. His vocal techniques are stellar. Not many people can do that growl or scream without tearing up their throat. At times he actually sounds like some form of animal.. maybe a lion.. roaring words. Stunning performance. But then he never gives less, does he?
If you're doing metal try NightWish Wacken 2013 any song from the set list, Story Time, Ever Dream, Song Of Myself etc. but most usually start with Ghost Love Score. If you haven't heard them do yourself a favour.
Nightwish are awesome! Dan Vasc does some great covers of Nightwish songs, so you could react to one of Dan's covers as an intro to Nightwish, then react to the same song by Nightwish. I'd suggest, Sleeping Sun, Ever Dream, or, Wish I Had An Angel. Your channel would explode! 😂 PS, Dan was my intro to Nightwish through his covers and now I'm a fan of both!❤
Oh, you DID react to this one! I had it as one of my recommendations in a previous comment, but it’s already done! Oh, happy day.😊 Dan has a whole playlist of songs he did that were originally sung by females. Check out “Never Enough” (extremely difficult to do,even for a female) and “Rolling in the Deep.” Whisper-singing…check.✅This Brazilian Lion is a man of many talents. I agree with what you said. He genuinely *feels* the music. He becomes the character of the person singing. It goes beyond just acting, I think. He prepares and gets into a certain mindset. Only the best singers can make you FEEL the music. Technique is fine, but if that’s all a singer has the performance comes off as bland, even if technically correct. ( Metal scream:”There must be something MOOOOORE!”😂)
Right here 7:09…did you hear that? ✨🎶 I wish someone could explain this to me. Sounds like halfway through singing this single long note, the note broke apart and became 2 notes being sung at the same time! What is this? Is this possible? What am I even hearing?
This is amazing ❤❤ thankyou for playing this and your great reaction
He records all the song vocals and them layers them up.
Thank you for your reaction. I have heard Dan sing this song many, many times and it never ceases to amaze me!
He has practiced long and hard to reach this perfection!!!
Perfect. It doesn't get any better 🤟.
Thanks for your reaction. This is one of my favorites. Love t see more Dan here😊
Nice reaction! This song really showcases Dan’s astounding range.

Check out his opera voice with his cover of Nesun Dorma originally sung by Luciano Pavorotti. It's from the opera Turondot.
Dan vasc is really talented. ❤
He feels them all! ❤ check out Gethsemane and Son of Pain. Pure raw emotion and EPIC talent.
I recommend checking out his cover of black wind fire and steel to see him go balls out the last note is insane

Apparently he can do it all from what I've seen! It's great!

For God so loved the world... Believe he died for US. Our sorry butt
