    You are the best, so perfect. I hope to see more videos on foot massaging especially for the middle of the sole and the toes, as a working women I have some problems with them.

    My big toe joint keeps getting swollen and inflamed when I dance Tango, just on the right side. Do you think these exercises would help that? Thanks 🙏

      I do think these exercises will help. Also, have you looked at Correct Toes? They are a brand of toe separators that were designed by a podiatrist here in Portland, Oregon. I wear them most of the time that I am out of my tango heels and they really help with toes/joints shoved into tango heels 🙂 You DO have to get used to them little by little, not just put them on all day, as your feet need to build strength to support a healthier position. I swear by them.
