- After more than 40 years we played "subways of your mind" for the first time again on that day Nov 7th, 2024. It was that very day when we came back together after such a long time. Due to the lack of preparation we decided to do an unplugged performance that was going to be streamed worldwide by the NDR the same day. Michael switched from keyboards to guitar, Norbert switched to accoustic bass and Ture played the intro theme on a concert guitar. We looked at each other, Ture counted in and it felt like 40 years had never passed. We were really excited being part of this time jump. Stay tuned for new FEX songs to come on this channel.

@@anmag94 To my understanding from Michael's AMA, they're going to be first releasing songs that are new to us but not to them (some others they played at their concerts) and eventually possibly some brand new songs if they feel up to it.

I think we can't ask for a better resolution. The four members are all fine, and they also seem to be very humble and kind people. The 2024 is a better year because of this reunion. 😃

Amazing how listening to this makes me feel like I'm in the end credits of a movie or the author's farewell in a good book, which after so much we were able to finish, as this song was not just one more mystery, but it brought together people from different countries for one reason, which was to give the deserved recognition to these artists who composed this work of art and although late, their work was recognized, long live the greatest musical mystery of the internet. I have a friend that moved half way across the USA. We go years sometimes without talking, but when we do, we pick right up where we left off from. When we see each other in person, we play guitar and we play all our old songs flawlessly. The relief we all feel from having this solved must pale in comparison to the warm feelings these guys are getting to experience playing together once again. In their minds, they are those young guys from the early 1980s. At their age, each day could be their last. Totally wonderful they get to experience the adoration of their fans and once Hans the drummer is back on board, we will get to see them play together once again. Amazing they are all still alive!
Myhouse.wad couldn't have chosen a better song to feature for its final showdown. Happiness has to be fought for.

As a musician and a student of all things history, I must subscribe. It's crazy that the enigma has been cracked. I always knew whoever this was, there was a "missed opporotunity" as far as being more famous. What a story.
