Thanks buddy we only spent a couple of hours there but it is a lovely spot. Great place for half or full day and the conor pass is just up the road which is an amazing drive.

Love those dogs 😂😂. 20 or so years ago my late husband and l were in that area not far from Valencia Island. We we driving down a road in the middle of nowhere, just a couple of houses, when we saw a man in the road frantically waving has arms for us to stop. We thought, OMG, what's wrong. We stopped, wound down the window, and he said, " have you got any cigarettes mate " 😁😁 my husband gave him some of his baccy and papers.

The Fog Vlog Yes, only in Ireland, lol 😂😂😂 We went into a small pub on Valencia Island and got talking to an old chap behind the bar. He told us that after WW2 he worked on a farm at a little Village called Pilling in Lancashire, that was just up the road from where we were living at that time. Talk about small world! And on the subject of pubs, when we were driving away from the ferry after arriving in Ireland our dog started going berserk and crying. This carried on for a few minutes, we didn't know what was the matter with her. The same thing happened on the way back to the ferry, but this time we realised what was causing it, we were passing the Guiness factory ☺
