After practicing various types of meditation for over 20 years, one key concept for myself that helps tremendously is "meditation should be completely effortless." 🧘♂️
1:53 Meditation is already here. Don’t regard thoughts as a problem 6:55 Where you’re instinctively led to be is in and as consciousness 9:20 Things might seem to dissolve. Don’t seek this, but just let yourself be taken if and when that occurs.
Regarding natural mind or meditation, I've concluded that this person and ego can never learn to meditate. So then I forget or lose interest in accessing meditation. I look at myself and see what a hindrance to meditation is, and that is easy to see, so it's about looking at what's in front, and seeing is enough because it is the same old story: restlessness, ill will, desire, laziness.
I almost feel I'm still in the meditation while writing this. More of this please. A little more guided on disolving thoughts, feelings and sensations. They certainly arose as thoughts, sensations, surrounding pictures and noise, but somehow didn't matter. They were just appearing on the screen of awareness. Thank you Angelo.
As a kid, there used to be ,this spontaneous ,natural curious ,exploration of reality for the fun of it. Nowas an adult it's been replaced with practices and meditations..
An approach which helped me a lot (which "arose" as a method from watching your videos) is to directly and openly look into "what is the substance" in which thoughts are appearing. Everything has some sort of "venue" or framework in which it exists -- so thoughts/feelings must have one. Furthermore, it must be "ME" (what else could it possibly be -- they're "my" thoughts?), it must be quiet and still (because thoughts are not quiet and not still), and, surely, it must be readily apparent -- since thoughts are readily apparent, their "background" must also be so.
1- meditation is already here (natural meditative state is already the case). Recognize the doubts are proofs you are conscious. 2- Acknowledge that where you want to be is right here. We want to settle into being (=conscious space). 3- You may feel yourself disolve. Just enjoy. You want to be here. Something can be melting away: it's ok, let it go.
Thank you very much Angelo for the fundamentals from the inside and not from a technical view ... always good but not so easy to remember and go back to the basics... therefore great and helpful 👍

Hi Angelo, After a kundalini like energy left my body I got an extreme terror and now am having constant dehabilitating panic attacks and throwing up. Do you have any advice? I’m also wondering, does everything end up okay in the end? Also in the end does anything actually change/did or is it just understood to always have been that way? Do you have the contact information of anyone who has gone through this type of thing that wouldn’t mind clarifying concerns?
Angelo, a serious question. What is the relationship between what you describe and falling in love? I'd be very interested in what you might have to say. Thanks.
I'm finding it quite easy now to go for prolonged periods without narrative thoughts while meditating, but they seem to have been replaced with visualisations of non descrypt random shapes and colours that slowly morph together, it's pretty odd. Any idea where these are generated from?
Angelo 11:44 it’s been over a year since my breakthrough awakening, it’s been a turbulent time for my family - I couldn’t get my head out of it - the ugly funk. I’m happy to report for the first time since then - I feel like myself again, optimistic, looking forward to the day(s) 😊 Thanks Angelo ❤️🫂💗
I don’t know why but trying to process the information you’re saying and trying to make sense of it is making me super frustrated like I don’t get it or I can’t receive what is being said like in way where I understand ?I’m kinda like laughing at myself with how frustrating I’m getting 😂
like for me the dissolving made everything seem thin that I could see, like everything becomes completly obvious it has no dimensions and is just a like sorta image on a screen, the screen being mind. And theres no difference between my senses like Sense of sight and sound and any other are the same. and I'm the one who sees that, but sees without eyes. Mooji said it really well that hits it basically in words. and when he said it all I can say is yes perfectly said. " it's like being eyes floating in space" he said something along those lines. obviously without eyes and there being no space not like the space we think of.
I have a question, When I do normal meditation, after some time there is usually this feeling of being rotated around that I get. It also feels like my body is being twisted in some funny way. This usually leads to me having to stop meditation or open my eyes till it goes away. I have tried sitting with this feeling but it becomes even more disorienting. This doesn't happen any other time apart from when I am in meditation and this has been happening to me for a very long time. What is this and does anyone else experience it?
There is almost a feeling I'd term as 1% nauseous, I can remember this feeling from the first few meditation sessions I've ever done. I used to like it since it meant at least something was happening but now not so much...
I’ve had similar symptoms at times. Can try meditating different times of day. Minimize things like caffeine or nicotine before meditating. Try meditating with eyes open.
@@SimplyAlwaysAwake thanks for this, I rarely take any caffeine nor nicotine...glad to know it's common. I'll definitely try the open eyed approach since I am familiar with it from inquiry...
I've had this similar one as well. Feeling like my arm is in a different position than it actually is or that my head is turned to the side even though I haven't moved at all. I was wondering if this is related to step three's dissolving...

Repeat step one 1000 times over and you'll still be meditating perfectly 😊 Nothing has gone wrong.
