I just placed an order on Monday before these came out… I wish you had them then so I could have saved on shipping as I’ve been meaning to get a compression sack for my 0* chilkoot.
I'll never understand why someone would try to save incremental ounces on a stuff sack and have to fight to stuff their gear inside. Go up in size and you save quite a bit of frustration.
Because a “bit” of frustration is well worth losing the bulk and freeing space for for more things like food. I personally dont want a huge pack on my back while traversing difficult terrain.
@@joelsalmond1788 Perhaps that's where I differ. I carry a larger pack to accommodate my gear and the meat I plan to pack out. The packs compress down without concern of oversized pack while traveling. Seems to carry better for myself vs using the load shelf. The larger stuff sacks still compress down quite small however.
