/ bazarko Preparation for the repair of pairs of linear movement of the milling machine. Correction of axes of linear movement when repairing pairs of linear movement.
This is the best visual representation and demonstration of measuring axis error that I have seen. I hope more people will see this, as it has certainly helped me as a machine designer realize easier tests to correct deviations of parts.
Thanks, Gene... nice analysis work, very nice animation for clear descriptions of the orthogonality and parallelism of the axes...Happy!! that your Z axis is "good to go"!
Thank you! Since I don't do this kind of work systematically, I can only approximate the amount of time needed to complete this task. It may take ten hours. But this must be done before starting the repair of linear movement pairs. Without knowing the position of the axes, it is impossible to repair the machine well.
@@gena_bazarko Thank you Gena, I was asking how much time you had spent so far for work in each video . Then I can add up hours and get an idea of how much time these operations take to do.
Great video. I realy enjoyed watching this. You mentioned one if someone needs an optical flat you have some to sell. Just couldn’t see your email address so I am writing here 😊 Cheers /Omid
Unfortunately, after translating the text, I do not understand the meaning of the question. If possible, ask a question using a different combination of words. The lining material is multilayer paper impregnated with polymer resin.
If I carved a rectangle, I would also get information about the position of the axes. But the method proposed by me seems to me more effective in my opinion.

Great explanation of the error in the mashines axis 👍👌
Very good animation 👍👍
Thank you Gene. ⭐
Great videos! Finding them great inspiration to fix my machine!
PS: your english is excellent!

Excellent animation Gene ❤
Wonderful work Gena, how many hours to do these jobs ? It would give us an idea of how much time is required to do such skilled wirk

I'm not sure you said so but I assume those initial test (wood ?)pieces are perfectly parallel before you cut them in the new machine ?

@@gena_bazarko Sorry Gena. The lining material was machined before mounting, parallel faces
?
@@das250250 It was sheet material 10 millimeters thick. I cut out the workpieces from it.
@@gena_bazarko You machined them exact rectangle ?

Looks like someone needs a moore No.3 jig borer.
I hate to see that indicator needle moving!
Slava Ukraini . Amazing animations a+++ work
