We are so excited to share our home with you! Jeff and I have spent a lot of time getting this apartment to where we want it and now we can finally show you! Huge shout out to the West Elm Design Crew that helped us design and furnish our apartment.

very nice apartment but, without a doubt, the best part is your very zen dog! i didn't catch his (or her) name. .i loved how he came into almost every shot, made himself *very* comfortable, and spread calm, loving vibe. I am so glad that you two and the critter found each other! you all make a lovely family.

You both should be super proud of this project. The space is so inviting and it is clear you both enjoy it so much. Very impressive apartment!!! It seems very warm and homie. My favorite thing was the the living room. The huge windows with the custom blinds. And the ability to put in a small office next to the living room area... brilliant!!! (I would love to have seen the 75 sweaters in the closet.)😁

Wow this is almost a dream Apartment of mine. I‘d have a little bit more rustic feel with more wood but besides that it would be in the style of your amazingly decorated apartment.

That's a really lovely apartment for two and occasional guest. Thay sofa is a great sleeping area, temporarily of course. Well lit throughout and spacious. Super spacious bedroom where you "sleep" And private shades in ths living room where you can sometimes "sleep" A place you can live in a long time. You were right, the perfect apartment you're so lucky to find in NYC. Until you get married and buy a house for the kids. Love you guys much 💖

Just be carefull with the wine a fridge produce a lot of heat if you don't drink it fast you'll have a lot of vinegar for cooking 😘

Not wild about the tiny kitchen, but overall what a terrific apartment. I particularly like those two "diver" photos. Good job on getting the photographer to make you larger copies as shown here. As a photographer, I'll say that most of us are happy to provide a custom print if asked.

Your apartment looks great!! I have to say: I subbed to your channel yesterday because you seem like such a genuine guy who wants to give some insight in his life! It's great to see that you guys have a healthy relationship and make effort to keep it working! That's something that seems so rare in the gay dating scene, at least in my country (the Netherlands). It seems really hard to find something like that. I hope to find something genuine, serious and deep as you two have together too some day! As someone that is starting to build my own future, moving out to my first apartment, you are a big inspiration. What you believe, that everything is possible if you put your mind to it, is such a good view on life. I try to life like that too for some time now and it keeps me going in this busy period of my life.

The building was built I think in the 30s'; that's why it's bigger than these new buildings. West Elm; never heard of this. Wow a windowed kitchen in New York is a luxury. Track lights on the side. Very unusual. Brilliant. Would like to know who the contractor is. Beautifully done with great taste. The dog is so cute.
