i did that, beat every demigod, started a new game plus over and over again... dlc drops and i havent beat mohg yet and then i cheated to beat the noble and mohg because i don't want to pull my hair off lol. ok so the cheat engine works fine. But after sitting on a site of grace, when I get hit by an enemy again, the infinte HP cheat breaks and it can't restore my health again.
Amamzing works a charm! Created 9999999 runes upgraded my stats a bit so i could use some heavy weapons i could not use before. Then went it like a boss to fight Margit.... Then get my ass handed to me like i always do. Even worse i loose my 999999 runes 😢😂😢😂😢

True. All this does is revert your HP to full after taking a hit. There’s a way to disable all damage whatsoever but some games use the same code for taking damage for all entities so neither you or the monsters take any damage. There’s a way around this but takes way more work

The game keeps track of certain stats and a simple calculation could tell that your stats are way higher than possible with the save file you’re playing and you can get banned yes. That’s why it’s best to cheat “softly”. Do something like invincible and go get levels manually. You can risk it tho and try just setting your stats how you like

After a while, when I go to do something such as fast travel the game will crash. I thought this was because one of the many addresses I used to increase health must've been critical to the system however after finding the specific address and only using that address for the health it still crashes, my PC handles ER without a problem. I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue and if so, how did you get past it?
it could be due to the anti cheat of the game as a developer i can tell you we are always trying to find new ways to keep people from using cheats and it is known that the game runs like crap when doing this because the anti cheat is trying to register the runes that were there before the cheat was used
The reason this works is because this game doesnt store these values on their servers... if they did you wouldnt be able to play online... because theyre stored on your computer they cant be altered... this wont work for like clash royale where everything useful is server side but will work for forza.

If you’re just doing the god mode then you won’t get banned. If you go changing your stats wildly then it can auto detect if something doesn’t look right.

@aspirewot8408 yeah but it takes quite a few extra steps. Basically the address where that value is stored gets changed every time you load a map. There’s a thing called pointer scanning where it finds the new address every time you reload

You should be fine. From what I understand, there is a check to see if your stats make sense. If you just use god mode then you’ll progress naturally but if you cheat your souls or stats then it will be obvious you cheated
So, I understand running online on eldens official servers can get you banned doing this. But what if I’m using seamless coop mod? That’s the only time I go online. But the way that mod works it’s in modded servers so I don’t need to disable easy anti cheat. Do you know if I would still be banned that way?
If you’re connecting to those servers directly then I doubt they’ll have cheat detection. If they somehow use the official servers to play modded then yeah the anti cheat may be active
Im playing elden ring and getting so frustrated because elden ring doesn't have the option of "just hurt yourself a little bit so you can cheat the HP" its either an all out fight to the death or abosolutely no damage and nowhere inbetween. i've been trying to change the hp for an hour because i can't figure out how to deal only a little damage. even falling off something will either do nothing or just completely kill you. its pissing me off so bad man!!!!
You can pause the process you are cheating on, by clicking on the 'Advanced options' box from the main window and then clicking on the pause icon. So you can take some damage and freeze the game to do your scans
I have a doubt about having everything at the maximum but the level at 15 does that affect anything? since I made a build that takes 6 thousand damage and it doesn't work for me (I have everything at the maximum except the level and I also have everything the build asks for)
I think the game does a check to see if your account has stats that shouldn’t be possible. If anything I’d say you should level up or acquire items but don’t make weird stats appear out of nowhere

after doing this on a couple of other items the game starts to freeze periodically, like when im moving around alot. i dont know how to remedy this

I think the game does a check to see if your account has stats that shouldn’t be possible. If anything I’d say you should level up or acquire items but don’t make weird stats appear out of nowhere
Yes, only change stats with the level up/respec system in game, and you can't just be a level 1 dude with 99 in all stats
