The quote you shared towards the end reminded me of one of my favorite quotes. “Of all the roads she traveled, the journey back to herself was the most magnificent.” I’m also in the process of remembering who I was before others tried to tell me who I am, what I should believe, the values I should hold, and the goals I should have. I think most of us crave a slow, comfy, happy life.
