lol. Corned beef and cabbage has been my favorite meal since i can remember. Probably since at least 5yo. I know i have had it on my birthday for 30 something years. So i was probably one of the few kids that loved cabbage. Ive always loved coleslaw also.
I have never cooked this kind of meat before and I just followed your recipe and it’s delicious 🤗thank you 2 for the recipe and it’s was fun watching you share your cooking skills 😍 6:42 and another thing is I love beers and my favorite is modelo negro but since I followed your option of adding the stout one I did the same thing and guess what 😂I love the beer 🍺 too and now will be drinking it for sure 👍🏻

You guys are adorable and a joy to watch... i have my corned beef in the fridge...am substituting a few handfuls of chickpeas at the last minute to have something with a potato consistency. I'm avoiding potatoes for weight reasons. But i have the onion, carrots and cabbage. Was thinking of preparing it tomorrow.
One of my favorite meals! I've always used just water but I'm definitely trying your recipe this weekend. And also the horseradish dip! Amazing! We say the same thing...why don't we make this more often? Thanks again. xoxo💚💚
Yay! Water is good, too, but when we decided to amp up the flavors a bit, we really, really loved it! We hope you do, too!!! Happy St. Paddy's Day, Mona!!!! xoxo

I dont have a singular whole cut of brisket, I have multiple cuts of brisket that weigh the same is using multiple cuts fine or does it have to be a single piece of brisket for brining the meat?
So sorry for the delayed reply!! You can absolutely use multiple cuts! It will still produce tender juicy cuts of meat (maybe even better!!!). Let us know if you make the corned beef and how it turn out!!
The energies and comradery is so enjoyable. Thank you.
Thank you so so much!!! Please stay in touch!
