3368 is the correct one for mine, and will only let me enter upto 4 digits so can't use the 6699 option, Radio is a THV1455

If you have screen guard it might be the reason. Or try cleaning the screen with alcohol wipes. If that doesn’t work, try calibrating the touch points.

I’ve the same screen , do know how to turn it on while car is off ? The original one has the option to be on for 20 min after turning off the car , but this screen turns off immediately once i turn off the car ☹️

It is good to shutdown after the car turns off. It saves the car battery to drain out.
