Hello, I've got a SYGAV Octa-Core Android 6.0 and it can't hold a bluetooth connection, it shows up on my phone, connects, plays music for about 5 seconds and then disconnect. Curious if a factory reset will fix the issue or if its possibly a wiring problem?
It came already installed in the car I bought from someone, worked fine when I got it and its worked no issue for over a year, went to go listen to music the other day and now it won't hold a connection. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated thank you.
It is most of the times because of an issues with the mobile phone. 1st try with another mobile phone and then try to factory reset.
@SetNFix Hmmm, I had my father connect his phone and it held stable but mine still wouldn't. I tried restarting the phone and it still wouldn't hold a connection, I factory reset the head unit and it seems to be working fine again now, not sure what the issue could have been.
If I do a factory reset will I have to redownload all the software back onto unit for it to work again? Thanks

Its normally turn off only after the car power is off.

I own zeta multymedia system version android 12 in my car.
In the previous versions of the multymedia systems headunits, the blutooth app was playimg through all the other multymedia system apps sounds.
For example, i could play the youtube app in the multymedia system headunit, and play the waze app in my phone ( the blutooth app is on of course ), and then when the waze app had any directions like "turn right or left", the sound of the blutooth app could break through the sound of the song sound playing in the youtube app in the multymedia system headunit, and i could hear the directions of the waze app playing in my phone with blutooth app, and both sounds of youtube in my headunit and waze in my phone with blutooth was working simoltanisly ( i blelive that then the youtube sound was lowered but thr point is that i could hear the blutooth sound and waze directions ).
Now, in this version of the zeta headunit, it's like that there is some kind of blocking when the youtube app is on in my multymedia headunit, and the blutooth sound can't break the the youtube app playing in multymedua system headunit and i can't hear the waze directions playing in phone app through blutooth.
Now, when i reverse the apps and play the waze app in my multymedia headunit and play the youtube app in my phone the sound of the youtube app playing through blutooth DOES ABLE TO BREAK THROUGH THE SOUND OT THE WAZE APP PLAYING IN MY HEADUNIT, so maybe it's all matter of sound settings.
Can u tell me whIch sound settings ( mixing sounds settings maybe ) should i change in my multymedia zeta system headunit for that to happen and i can hear the blutooth sound can break through the youtube sound paying in the mutymedia zeta system ?
There must be a place to change the level of sound mixing under settings > sounds. the path may be vary from device to device.

Are you sure that there are settings like this in the latest versions of android headunits ? I hava zeta multymedia headunit version android 12. I mean is there any chance that those settings are blocked or not excist... i persomally don't think so cause as i said when i play the waze app in the headunit THE BLUTOOTH APP SOUND DOES ABLE TO BREAK THROUGH AND MIX WITH THE WAZE SOUND PLAYING IN THE HEADUNIT, but when i play the youtube app in the headunit the blutooth suund shuts down

I have android car tape that the screen brightness has gone to zero. Can reset restore it to normal to enable me to see the screen
If there is no back light or display issue, you can go to settings and change the brightness.
What could be its passward i never put it but its showing me my email id and stuck on passward actually its reset itself sinve then asking passward ppz thx

Hai provato a fare il ripristino delle impostazioni di fabbrica. nella maggior parte dei casi, il problema verrà risolto dopo il ripristino delle impostazioni di fabbrica. Se non funziona, scarica il "Playstore" esternamente e installalo. inoltre devi scaricare l'ultima versione anche dal "servizio Google".
