Hello! It could be because your Google account isn't through a school, but it's possible the roll out will reach your account in the next few weeks. Keep your fingers crossed!

Hi I have a study group can I use google classroom for the study group instead of using google meet? We meet once a week virtually and we study whatever topic my fellow students are struggling
It depends on how you run your study group, Google Classroom can be used to post and submit assignments and tasks. It's also possible to create a Google Meet link through Classroom. You might find some of the other features useful too. Let me know how your study group works, and I can prepare a Colleague Request video to help you!
I think these features are only available on school Google Workspace accounts, so you may have to wait a while before they filter through to you. Sorry!
