Best explanation yet! Wow I’m 5’9 Wbelt & been trying to figure this out . I have short legs & arms. I’m flexible but I knew there has to be a better way of getting to this. Outstanding! Great job! You have the gift to teach . Some people are good but can’t instruct details the way you did. 2 👍👍up

I had a guy wrapped up in this at open mat the other day, really threw him off his game cause he was looking for that head arm, made it really hard for him to move around, the only thing I could not pull off was getting that figure 4. If I would have locked that in it would have been game over. Thanks for the tips and I can't wait to try again!

So buggy choak only works if he isn't controlling your hips and is holding you under your arm and neck?

depends how is he controlling yout hips. Sometimes he es introling your hips from NS with his head very near to your hip, so BOOM
