These guys have the field craft of a bunch of boy scouts, and the light and noise discipline of a marching band on the fourth of july.
Another short films that's just brilliant with excellent tunes, love these kind of movies,, they just lift my soul but there not long enough 😭😭😭😭
Last scene is really touched my heart.....and it shows the futility of war...how young peoples die in behind enemy lines....I wish this video goes viral

16:20- The most intense part of this movie! I love it. I kept on replaying it, and imagining i was the squad leader and noticing a head popping out of the grass. Its scary!

Moral of the story, never fight beside a fearful coward soldier
1: a fearful coward wouldnt have been there to begin with. 2: you dont get much choice in who u fight with. 3: you dont know how youll react untill your there. 4 shut your mouth, its easy to be a critic when youve never seen anything close to this, sitting in your mommies bathroom waiting on a snack. 5: its just a movie. 6 : but it depicts real scenarios that soldiers do face. 7 dont ever call one a coward untill youve stared death down cold and fought it

I have been a fan of war movies for a long time, war movies show you the horror of war, this short movie is amazing, I think you guys did it justice and the end was exactly what i expected, it had me in tears, that is what movies are suppose to do, make you feel like your in it surviving. I felt the ambush, the fear, I felt the snipers being scared and the fathers hesitations. This is what a movie is, to draw you in and make you a part of it. You have truly made me a fan of your short movies. thank you and keep it coming

This movie DESERVES recognition far greater than the funding you've put into it, actual war movies with a budget 3-4 times more than yours can't even encompass the raw emotion this masterpiece evokes! You gave us 20 marvelous minutes, we would love to see you win an Oscar one day for your work. Absolutely brilliant! Keep up the great work!

That Scene of lying up in Gillie suit to evade the enemy patrol is so similar to the mission of "All Gillied Up" from Call of Duty Modern warfare 1...

Great with a budget of less than 1600 $ its quite difficult but you made this my friends. Its like a film of 1.6 million budget. Great quality acting, direction, music etc everything is fine. God Bless you.

Fantastic short film ! Two thumbs up , 5 stars , whatever else I can give you . Very realistic and exactly what I would expect from a rogue patrol of Russians . Had me drawn in from the first minute.

Reminded CoD:MW scene in Pripyat, when snipers were hiding in the grass
this was utterly amazing and heart wrenching at the same time. For a short film to be as good if not better than some of the big budget films shows you that money doesn't make the movie...11:37 sent a chill down my spine!
You are right, this film is good. But "russians" are saying nonsense like "американцы мокуфьюке интравезья" (11:49) instead of "американцы могут прятаться в траве". Or "готовь каноны", what is that even mean? If you need a real good example of good film, just watch Tarkov Raid
Better than a big hollywood movie
The only critique worth mentioning is the camo of the snipers, especially when the soldiers are walking by/over them. They stood out like a sore thumb with their bare ghillie suits. If you would've added natural vegetation to them they would've actually blended in. Other than that, this was incredible! There was certainly a lot of emotion and effort put into this! Subbed!

Snipers will never be given quarters by any side
You gotta remember opsec. Noise discipline. No music. Garbage discipline, no hanging laundry etc. Pretty cool tho. Remember this is supposed to be a recon platoon. The snipers would've been rotating security so snipers were unlikely. It's hard to get right if you've never been there.

this is just awesome. Let like a good cod story,
American soldiers never leave a fallen/wounded combat no matter how bad the situation is. Watch “Niger Ambush” where those 4 American special forces were killed even under intense enemy fire with over 100 to 150 enemy combatants. When their brothers were killed or wounded they still stayed with their comrades eventually getting killed in action themselves while doing so. They stood their ground and made their final stands honoring every word of the soldiers creed.
