It’s still a very nice place. Cleaning and painting and new fridge and it’s good to go

Low-key the paint is nice. Maybe you can do a wipe down and a touch up. And you probably can clean the fridge and sell it as well as the bunk bed frame.

I agree with you. When you move you should clear everything out and take care of the home. However the fridge and other appliances is the landlords' responsibility. It's not fair to do videos like this and put it on the renter when some landlords don't maintain their properties. Also you should ALWAYS have a no pet policy. If not, don't complain when an animal ruins your property.

@@Sogal60 i expect a tenant to leave the fridge the way i gave it to them, if they moved into an apartment and the fridge looked like that then A, THEY ARE THE FOOL and B the landlord really doesn't give a crap.. really dont think a landlord moved a tenant in with a fridge like that seriously? look at the whole apartment u think the tenant where A+, ,?

@davidtate7699 David let me clarify in case you misinterpreted what I said. I don't expect tenants to leave trash and a cruddy fridge. I was reference in rattling of the fridge. That's the landlords responsibility to maintain as well as other things in the unit. You have landlords that don't fix a thing until you move and then try to fault the tenant.
