Well I think that means we should lock down forever, lest that one case every few years EXPLODE into a worldwide pandemic. Because if we save even one life............I also hear Oregon is drafting PERMANENT mask laws, despite there being absolutely no scientific evidence for such major violations of the citizens personal rights. My uncle, Joe Noffsinger, was station in Australia during WWII. He married my Aunt Phyllis who was Australian. The lived in the US when I was born and part of my childhood but they moved back to Australia and there they both died.

I don't think you've gotten this correct. Darwin was bombed by the Japanese in WWII. My father was in that war, in the Light Horse. He told us about it, and there are many documented accounts of it, so how was no other shit fired in anger... on Australian soil, in WWII?
