Hold on, the Secret Service is the pinnacle of security and law enforcement with jurisdisction covering the entire united states and elsewhere, but they couldn't be bothered to secure an obvious risk and then put it on local law enforcement and made no effort to confirm the area was secured!?!? That's pretty darned ridiculous.
The whole thing is extremely suspicious. There is no way that anybody should have been allowed on a roof top and carrying a rifle ? How did that happen unless it was allowed.
