Im about to replace the pinion seal on front diff to drive shaft. after removing the yoke and putting new seal is there a torque on the pinion ( new) crush nut. Or in/lb with tires on I should set it to . Going to count the # of threads before I remove it also. Any tip would be awesome :) Thank You ! ! !

@@Humman135 Some of them for example... 2006 had weaker tie rods, 2008-2010 got cast iron diff cover, and Adventure package (rear and front lockers)...
@@NewRoad Thank you very much for the fast response. I used Valvoline in those new fancy squeeze packets. I had left over on the front, and needed the rest of the left over from the front for the rear. So the 4 quartz worked easy. So easy to do, and torqued to 24 ft pounds.

how many miles should you change the differential oil?
It depends how much you offroad. If you don't you can change every 50k I believe.

Yea, I have front and rear - 2010 Adventure package
I have both, front and rear diff locks - it is Adventure package
How many miles? I just changed my rear differential fluid on my 07 Colorado with 128k miles and it came out looking almost new!
I change every 40k or even often if I offroad in mud and water

Yes it does. Mine is 2010, GM upgraded few things in latest H3's

Approximate for front 1.53 quarts and 2.11 quarts for rear, but you have to fill to the level
