You get many kinds of beautiful Guineafowl sometimes called "pet speckled hens" or "original fowl". They are endemic to Africa. Guineafowl may be trained to go into a coop (instead of roosting in trees) when very young. Once hatched and ready to leave the brooder (around 3 weeks), they may be enclosed in a coop for at least 3 days so they learn where "home" is. When guinea parents (that already roost in a coop) raise their own keets, the hen sets on them outdoors at night, but then the parents teach the keets to also go into the coop in the evenings around 3 weeks of age. GF moms( hens) are not good at incubating eggs so you can leave it for a chicken to incubate

1. Your haircut makes you even more cute. 2. So happy you had some hours for yourself without having to rush here and there. This is so relatable. 3. 'Sometimes I wonder why I married him' is definitely a joke, because your happiness after seeing the released birds is palpable. I am sure Lahiru would have been a different individual before he met you. He probably learnt to be compassionate from you. :) One thing that needs to be told is, it freaked me out when you kept looking back as your drove the tuk. It would only take a second for a crazy driver to smash into your vehicle if you don't watch the road Lucie. Our roads, or drivers aren't like what you see in Britain, you know it by now I guess. So please, please watch where you are going while you are steering the tuk. Your fans love the two of you too much to see you hurt. I think that bird you saved is a Turkey. Not sure though. Lucie and Lahiru s love for animals and birds, I can't find words to describe. ON TOP OF THAT YOU SAVED THEM FROM SLAUGHTER . You saved them from death. That's the greatest gift that you can give to any living being in this world. One day what you gave them will come back to you multiplied by many times. That's my prayer for you two. WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND.
The Doberman reminds me so much of my dog who was my best friend!! Same breed and colour too!!! She passed away in 2012. Seeing this dog brought me so much joy!!! ❤❤❤

I always enjoy your videos and how much you care about animals. I’m vegan as well and all of our critters are rescues. Here in Texas, the “not chicken “ y’all rescued is called a Guinea. They are great in the garden because they eat bugs but don’t damage the plants. I hope you keep spreading your message of love for the animals for a long time to come 💖🦄💖
