She took 8 times chemotheraphy MabThera / Rituxan (rituximab), besides metrotexate, prednisone, pain killers and more. She used to cook very well, so all the Paddison Program meals at home taste mexican.

    THANK YOU CHEF AJ!!! I have followed you for a while as well as the same other doctors you follow. And my arthritis has improved tremendously. I am so surprised to learn more about the relationship of flax and nuts to this condition. I eat tons of raw and cooked greens each day but have till now included flax and nuts. My next step is to leave those out and am excited to see whether any further improvement occurs. Thanks again for all you do in the name of health.

    Fats (lipids) are dealt with by the lymphatic system. I believe many of us have VERY clogged & congested lymphatic & connective systems - possibly driven not only by the huge amount of fat in the modern diet, but also so-called ‘healthy’ polyunsaturates that change properties when heated, and turn effectively to ‘varnish’, which must create issues one way or another. If the lymph is clogged it just cannot process the fats very well at all. It also means that we not only cannot detoxify very well, but nutrients cannot be transported between the gut & the bloodstream very effectively either.

    • @bree8550
      @bree8550 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      How do we correct this clogging?

    • @alisonbamford6723
      @alisonbamford6723 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@bree8550 it’s not necessarily easy, & something I’m still working on, personally. The lymphatic system needs movement. Whilst the vascular system has the heart to pump the blood around, & the gut has peristalsis, the lymph relies on body movement. I have very low energy so exercise is difficult for me, but I find rebounding is helpful. Sweating is good too. And a good, all-natural unprocessed whole food diet with plenty of fruit & veg, especially greens to boost potassium intake & hydrate the cells & lymphatic system. Juicing & smoothies are good, too.
      There are some good videos on here. Try searching for ‘cleansing the lymph’ or similar phrases.

    I am newly diagnosed with arthritis however we're trying to figure out if is psoriatic or rheumatory. I am devastated and depressed to say the least. One thing on my mind about it though is how do you exercise with this condition? I always thought that the more you move your joints the more damage you're doing and that's exactly what you're doing through exercise?

    If you've been diagnosed with severe ra it will devastate your health very rapidly, the more you procrastinate from using the mix of immunosupressants that work for you the more protracted the permanent damage will be. Trying alternative options is great if you have the disease in remission and the progression of permanant and aggravating damage stopped. Dont be afraid to use the meds that work for you they will give you your life back which is my experience thanks to my progressive doc who has a good understanding of the disease.

I am so scared of all those side effects from the drug! Besides too many medication! I waited for more than a year trying to use alternative way but in vein ! My fingers and toes r so deformed, I am so afraid that I am going to lose the function and had to relay on others ! I am 73 years old ! Hello, I have fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis. I have had symptoms for 19 years. I was a raw vegan for several years, and also followed a whole food plant based diet and quite frankly had terrible pain from eating beans, lentils and legumes. It was so bad. Now, I'm back to eating meat, but like I said, I was mostly a vegan for most of my life. Any reason why? According to Medical Medium, the cause of RA would be Epstein Barr, heavy metals and food that feed the virus such as gluten, corn, soy, milk products. What can I do? I have little time to prepare meals. When I get home after an exhausting day, I do not want to spend hours in the kitchen preparing meals. I have taken sooo many supplemts over the years and have spent thousands and thousands on all sorts of treatments. I'm fed up.
