Hi there. I've been learning how to do 360 tours, started off with DSLR but it's too time-consuming for the level of work I'm interested in pursuing. I have a question please. The horizontal line always seems to be created diagonally for me... it's slightly better when I switch off the "automatic horizontal levelling" but my camera is levelled when I take the photos, and it's happened every time within insta360 so far. Do you perhaps know what I can do to prevent this, or alternatively fix it. I really don't want to be pulling files into PS or LRC if I can avoid it. Thank you so much. I really enjoy your concise but precise videos.

Can this be done with affinity photo for iPad?
Hi there, great reviews and info. I just bought the 360 rs. My images, after stitched in studio, export upside down. Your stitched images above look just like I expected (like my old Richo Theta V). Instead not only are they upside down but I can definitely see the selfie tripod in the image. Normally, you'd have to put it in panoramic mode to clone it out. Have you heard of anyone having weird issues like this? I've recalibrated the gyro and reset the camera to factory and reinstalled Studio. Nothing fixes the issues. Insta says to send the brand new camera in for repair. Before I do that, I thought I'd ask you your thoughts please? Thanks in advance!
At 1:28s you mention the Exposure Difference to be +/- 2 EV, does that mean that between each shot there is 1EV difference? So a total of 4.0EV between the darkest shot and the lightest shot?
How well does the Insta360 X3 perform indoors for real estate videos? I'm interested in filming real estate agents and myself conducting a home showing. I would mount the X3 on a selfie stick to record us as we walk around the home. I would think the X3's multi-cam abilities would be great to reframe several angles and create B-roll. I would also attach a Rode Go II mic for audio. How good is the video quality indoors? Thanks :)

I donât have an iPad myself so Iâm not actually sure if affinity photo for iPad is the same as pc/mac. If you can see the same options on the screen as you do in the video to import the enhancer fx, then it should technically work

Hello. I take several HDR photos. copy from camera ONLY RAW files. and saved on computer then imported in 360 studio and they do not merged. I mean I have too white and too dark photos separately.. Why ? HOW? help please

Very nice! Can you show, or explain Topaz Gigapixel, Denoise ans Sharpen workflow within Affinity and Best360 software. Their upscaling and denoise (as well as sharpening) algos are very usefull. How is ihe best workflow tu use them? Before or after merging and color correction? Thank you!
This is software you can use after you export the photo from Affinity Photo. But i personally don't think you need them unless you are doing luxury virtual toursð
I was wondering the same thing. And Topaz just came out with a new Photo Ai tool that does an amazing job. I haven't tested it yet to see what happens to an image after its been processed by topz if the meta data and or seams are wonky.
What is the usual range size (in mb) for usual 360° pictures finally converted into jpg files ?
Just checked the file sizes and itâs around 10 to 15mb per JPEG photo at best quality

@@Best360 ignore this, i found a way. but the main problem is that for some reason they have locked the sequence in studio for 30 fps. and we cant edit in 25 fps, and mix and match other footage. why is that any clue?

How are you trying to view the 360 photo?
Go Pro Player and Insta 360 Studio. But it works when uploaded to Kuula. It did work once in insta 360 studio where a animate button was present
I get the hard line, even using only the DNG brackets of nine. I tried everything I know, but it appears again and again, but not in the insta 360 studio. Did you have an idea?

Hi, I have the same problem, doesn't matter whatever you tryed, I export the photos in the insta360 software, then open it in affinity and I can see the line, it isn't visible on the software of the insta360, what could be the problem?

i have had nothing but issues trying to use the enhancer FX. I did everything and when i export the image it is a 2D image, not a 360. When i try to load it on fb its not 360.
make sure the exif data is stored with the photo during export or inject the 360 metadata again or their might be an upload error when trying to upload the photo to Facebook.
@@Best360 Its not an upload error because i can do it if I dont use your enhancer that I paid for. I dont know what you mean by exif data is stored, etc. I dont have to do anything when i edit it on Affinity photo without using your enhancer, it exports and shows up just fine on FB as a 360 photo. I paid for this and I need for it to work please.

Contact insta360 support for technical issues. You could also just set a timer in the camera to take a photo after 10 seconds

Without the plugin you have no way to colour correct hdr photos seamlessly without a stitch line quickly and easily

on most one shot 360 cameras the photos are very noisy when uploaded on google maps as a Virtual Tour, how to remove noise without losing sharpness ?
The best360 virtual tour enhancer fx has a slider to fix noise and a slider for sharpness. Between these 2 settings you can strike a balance between noise and sharpness. Iâve had really good results with the 1-inch 360

@@kbiiir I've had the same question for a long time and my conclusion is you can't compare them. obviously the dslr is waaaaay better because that's what it's exclusively designed for - to take razor sharp images. However, the question for me came down to time. Does this specific project justify the quality for the time spent on it? For some it does but for most I do it doesn't.

It does not work my friend, I have been trying for months, the images after export from affinity Photos have white lines, plus you can not adjust the photo as in the video with the file I bought. Iâm using an insta360 X3.
