Hi🖖 Would you make a video with a workflow for XPhase Pro? It differs by potentialy more stitching errors and color violet spots. The question is, will these programs cope with these tasks, and will it be same easy and with the same final result in quality as with Photoshop or Lightroom??

It won't be exactly the same great quality as the ONE RS 1-INCH 360 EDITION. But you can still expect the best results possible from the X3

A question if I may.
I usually double process them in photoshop, for correct white balance in the interior, and correct white balance through the windows, then layer them with a mask and mask in the windows. All that before sending them to Affinity photo.
Can this step be done in Affinity as well?
You can do masking in Affinity Photo for sure

Thank you for the video, and as always, you always provide such great learning content. Question for you though. I too am on a macbook, but when i try to open the exported JPG equilateral image on the latest gopro viewer it doesn't do anything... What am I doing wrong? thanks, Rick
What happens when you open it in GoPro vr player? Did you set the correct settings in GoPro vr player to display equirectangular?
@@Best360 hi. Not sure. But I ended up deleting GoPro and installing from the App Store for Mac a free application called Spherical Viewer”. Also I just purchased your add’in seems to work nicely. The only one issue is when I recenter the 360 and then export when previewing the recenter flattened image it seems to loose the horizontal presence and behaves weirdly when rotating. As if the horizontal preferences is gone. Any suggestions?

Hi. Whenever I make any sort of color adjustment I get a noticible stitchline in the exported photo. I have the same thing happen when using lightroom. Any idea of how to fix it?

Great tutorial, thank you. However could probably do with an update as some bits have changed. Insta360 Studio has been updated and there doesn't seam to be a GoPro VR Player now (link doesn't work and cannot find it on a search)
Also we have the X4 now 😉

I’ve not tested it on iPad so I’m not sure, but if affinity photo layout is the same on iPad then I don’t see why not 👍🏽

Isn't the Insta 360 Studio software only for Insta 360 cameras? Many of us do not use those cameras. I still use my Theta Z1 and I know may others are using other brands too.
I don’t have the Ricoh z1 to test on. Would you be able to send me some hdr bracketed photos from the Ricoh z1 so I can test?
@@Best360I have read that the Insta 360 app and software would only work with the Insta 360 cameras. But honestly, I don't do a lot with 360s now as it was a side thing and I haven't had time in months to work on it. I use the Dual Fisheye Raw plugin app to get my bracketed photos.
When i get the photos all into the sticthed folder, it does not have the designations you have with the "merged dng". All of them say DNG. What's the problem why mine isnt showing what you display at 5:15 in the video?
Don’t worry you don’t need the merged dng file anyway. You only need the 9 dng files to merge in affinity photo
@@Best360 When I take all my 360 photos I transfer everything to a folder on my computer. But when I go tto bring them into Studio, you show an option to sort them by type. That option is not present on my imports over to studio...i have to take all the files that are in the folder. So i end up with all these pictures labeled as insta 360 photos and DNG files with no way to sort before import.
Are you on Mac or windows?

Enhancerfx does not open affinity photo 2 when downloaded. Affinity does not recognise it at all
