*The content of this video is for entertainment purposes only. I am sharing my personal experience and opinions. This is not professional advice. I am not a health professional, so some of these meals may be terribly unhealthy for you. Please be safe and follow manufacturer’s instructions (especially with toaster oven/air fryer), professional recipes, safe food prep and storage practices (including what glass is safe for freezer), and do your own research (what I do may not be the correct thing to do!). Also, sometimes the prices, ingredients, best by dates, 'product of' locations, and other details are shared, but those won’t be the same at all locations, change over time, or be inaccurate (and I may say the wrong thing). Please check your labels as they may be different.
Really liked the pasta making!

Concern for the arm pain
I always live by the adage
"If you don't use it, you lose it"
Please do some exercises to keep up the muscle in your arms
Thanks for you concern! Just finished another round of PT
Great use and great meals! 😊
Thanks so much! 😊
subbed to support a fellow newbie :)

Love those big jars
Me too - they look so much nicer than plastic containers!
What a wonderfully made video full of meal ideas! Very professional; yet refreshingly real! I can't believe you don't have more subscribers. Hang on, you will soon!
That is so thoughtful of you to say. Thank you!
👍
I loved this. We make very similar meals, AND I got some inspo. from some of your other recipes(easy to veganize❤). New subbie.
Thanks for subbing! I really appreciate TH-cam for idea inspiration as well :-)
I have the pasta roller attachment for my kitchen aid and highly reccommend it. I never wash it, just brush off any extra flour that might be on the rollers. Also, use some of the semolina flour to keep the cut pasta from sticking together. Regular flour will just absorb into the dough and make it tough.
Good to know - especially about the regular flour making it tough. Thank you!
Learned alot. Plan to use some of them.
Thanks!
Enjoyed your video😊
Thank you!
I enjoyed your video and recipes.
Thank you so much!
Most KitchenAid attachments can be washed in dishwasher, you should check it out 🤔
I definitely will now, thanks!
I love the Amy’s soups
Good to hear, we will have to try some of the other varieties :-)
