    One of my favorites!
I'm 50% Korean, but am adopted so I never had Korean food growing up. It wasn't until recently when I discovered H Mart that I really started eating Korean food.
I love watching your videos as I have no one to teach me these dishes at home.
I'm so excited to try to make this recipe, it's one of my favorite dishes.

I'm 0% Korean but I can't get enough of it. I grew up in Oakland, which is Asian food paradise. But like Seonkyoung, I found myself living in an area without any Korean food and stuck in a house all day. I had to turn to youtube to learn how to cook my favorite dishes. I've never had jjamppong but I'm trying it tonight. Thanks, Seonkyoung!

OMG Jjamppong is literally my favorite noodle soup! Although it’s a super popular Chinese dish among Koreans,
I had to go through all these Korean-owned restaurants to hunt down several places that do have jjamppong as their signature dish here in Shanghai. I love how flavorful it is, while being not greasy at all, so that I can drink more soup. Thank you for introducing this amazing recipe to the entire world! Oh and you are looking super gorgeous as always!🥳🥳🥳

I sautéed the shrimps with little bit of oil till the bottom of the pan was brown then added water anchovies, kelp. This turned out so delicious.

When I was stationed at Camp Hover in Korea, my Hap Ki Do instructor, Mr. Lee, asked me one day if I would like to take a train ride down to Incheon. How could I say no?! It was an amazingly beautiful ride through the mountains and alongside the rice paddy's. So much lush green to see everywhere. When we arrived in Incheon, we went to a small restaurant overlooking the bay where from our window seat you could see people taking advantage of the low tide and collecting mussels. They even had live fish in a big tank that you could pick out and the chef would fry them up, fresh. That little restaurant is where I had my very first bowl of Jjamppong. If you ever read this, Lee, thank you so much for being a great host and friend. Miss you!
