I remember when I was in the second grade of junior high school, I held hands with my first love for the first time in the park, and this song was playing in my headphones. That was a wonderful time.
After listening to this man's music and watching him play for a little while now I can confidently say that he is my new favorite fingersyle guitarist. Such addictive music.
I'm guessing this song represents a symbol, famous guitar players are getting older and older, the new wings represent the new generation, that's why there are two players. one of them is young.
What amaze me the most, it's not his technique (which is crazy good) nor his skill, it's how fun he's having by playing guitar. It looks like me who's still a beginner but who love to hack at my guitar to have fun. Seems the same for him, except that's he's not a beginner, but an experienced player,after all he's been through in his playstyle and life, he stills managed to keep this begginer/childlike innocence of enjoying the hell of whats he's doing. Amazing, truly

@360Pandaman They're harmonics. All you have to do is touch(don't press) the strings at the 12th, 7th, or 5th frets (you can also do other frets, too, but they won't be as clear and it really depends on your guitar, blahblah). Anyway, as soon as you strike the strings lift your finger up so that it won't dampen the harmonics. Oh yeah, make sure that your finger is directly over the fret.
@360Pandaman Ye Its a harmonic, I personally think its a fingerstyle acoustic players best friend, works the very best at the 12 fret (be aware this moves up the distance you put a capo on)
I listened to this from 7:am to 2:am :)) .. talk about addiction..this just made automatically smile whenever i hear this . dunno why maybe because i can sense the passion and soul he crafted in this..
i bought his album "hand to hand" on amazon music, for only like 10 bucks, it has this song and other great ones, im goin to look to see if theres more of his albums on there next month and maybe some isato nakagawa which was kotaro oshio's teacher but kotaro developed his own style, isato is just as good but different playing techniques
sometimes i hear a foreign artist play an instrument, and although we may not understand each other verbally, i totally understand him and agree with him musically. i know that doesnt make sense, but damn this was good! i totally see eye to eye with Mr Oshio :D
This morning I played this at least more than 10 times, for some reason it helped me smile and get up. I guess I found an instrument to cure the weakness I am currently feeling. The smile on this person's face is enchanting like a spell.... making me smile too :) thank you xx
