For the dog biting... what I learnt when we first got our puppy is that they use their mouth like we would our hands to explore the world, so it’s normal for puppy biting. What they are trying to do as puppies when they bit is basically establish what is too much or too hard of a bite, so if it hurts you, you should do what a normal dog would do and shout really loudly to express to Luma that she’s hurting you. That’s how a normal dog would respond is to yelp loudly to communicate this, that way she’s learning what is too much and what is acceptable. Also giving her a toy and playing with her to show her that you shouldn’t be bitten only toy should is a great way to manage it 😁
best tip i found for training my puppy not to bite was to just cut off attention, any attention, immediately when they nip. EVERY TIME. you have to be consistent with this, or else it won't work. But it trains the dog to realize "oh when I bite them, I get zero attention." Easiest way is to just get up and walk away from the dog, face away from them until they stop nipping. and the second they give you a lick or anything other than a bite then praise them. This will reinforce good behaviours! Puppy-parenthood is a stressful time thats for sure, but just remember that consistency is the key!! you can't have a good cop/bad cop scenario so you and parker have to both remain consistent with any training. All the best! :)

For the puppy biting, both dog trainers we used told us to "yelp" whenever the dog would nip. They said this mimics what dogs/puppies do to communicate with each other that the bite hurt (you've probably heard dogs yelp when playing gets too rough). It worked for both of our dogs- you just have to commit and really make the sound. You'll feel ridiculous but it will work!
Parker is so damn productive. Cant get my husband to go one of those things around the house.

We have a 7-month-old puppy that likes to bite. The thing about saying "no" to puppies especially, is that they have no idea what "no" means. Our trainer said instead of saying no give them a command that you have taught them like "lie down". Also, we have a leash that allows us to tether her to a piece of furniture or something. We used to do that in the house when playing that way if she would bite us we would just get up and walk away so she knows if she does that playtime is over.
Also, positive reinforcement is key! So if whenever you try and pet her she goes to bite your hand, take your hand away, keep doing it and once she doesn't go for your hand say "yes" and feed. Keep doing that over and over again and pretty soon she'll sit very calmly and know if she wants food she needs to not bite. You can honestly get your dog to do anything with positive reinforcement and yes and feed. I've taught our puppy "go to your bed" "go in your room" "high five" "shake" "wait" when giving her a treat or toy, all from using positive reinforcement.
Now our puppy is just mouthy when she's excited and we were told to just put a little bit of chili on our hands (make sure you don't have any cuts) and within a few times, your puppy will stop biting your hands after tasting the chili and that works really well. I would use that as a last resort and really try to use positive reinforcement first.
Lastly, we learned that it's so important to socialize your puppy! 8-15 Weeks your puppy learns a lot of it's behavior so it's important that during that time you take your puppy out everywhere with you that way they build up resilience and are a confident and happy dog. Socializing isn't just about puppies playing with other puppies it's like taking your puppy on walks in tons of different locations, walking on different surfaces, hearing different noises, playing with kids etc. Dogs that are aggressive or mean are because they are normally fearful or not socialized well enough as a puppy. Your puppy looks like she'll be a bundle of joy though! We learned so much about behavioral science when it comes to dog training and it all makes so much sense! Good Luck!

Replace with a toy, if it's really bad you can get a bitter spray to put on your hands Seriously they cover everything! Potty, walking even how to talk to your dog.
If you get the puppy in the habit of responding to "No" they might respond to it all the time even when your not directly enforcing it to them. Try "stop it" since you use it less than the word "no", and also positive reinforcement, so when she bites hand her a toy instead so she knows she can bit that.

I love how in all the time lapses the puppy follows parker everytime he moves. Also never heard those lighting fixers be called "boob" lights before lol love it. My sister and her boyfriend use a spray bottle of vinegar for their dog..but I feel like that's animal abuse..and they've tried a collar that they have a remote for I don't know if it shocked the dog slightly or not but it did make beeping sounds and it would make him stop, at least for a second.
Instead of through the wall, get the cord covers that are just a white strip the cords go into and it’s white so you just see a white line instead of each black cord going down. Hope that helps!

For the biting, I’ve found that if you act dramatic and say ow and cry and whine and show them it hurts you then they realize and stop doing it

The best thing that worked for us when our puppy was biting was to literally squeal/yelp in a high pitched voice. They stop immediately. It’s suppose to be similar to what their litter mate/mom would do and teaches them that they are being too rough. Good luck! Puppies are sooo much work!

the puppy bitting is normal and it goes away one they r a little older!! but also just giving them a toy when they want to bite
Luma is teething. Just like with human babies, cold/frozen and chewy toys (e.g., small Kong) can help with biting/teething.
parker! there are plastic pieces that you can paint the color of your wall that you just put straight over the cord. try that!

We have a labradoodle and our breeder told us to yelp/ whine like a dog/puppy when they bite as they know they have hurt you. It’s like when they play with their siblings as puppies they know they have been too rough if their sibling yelped. It’s worked perfectly with our Sully! Xxx

I remember for our dog when she was a puppy and teething she would chew on everything!! Walls, under the couch, shoes, toys her bed, us... she actually gave my sister a scar from biting her lol! But she would bite anything she could of course we would discipline her and give her her own toys, ice helps too just anything she can chew on til she gets her adult teeth if she starts biting things shes not suppose to of course take it away tell her no, bad dog whatever so she knows it's wrong she will eventually know what she can and cannot bite also if shes biting you putting her in like "timeout" can help train her or just ignoring her completely she will get the message
When she bites stand up, turn away and avoid eye contact, doing this makes her know she’s in trouble

If you associate “no” with doing something wrong, every time you say no, like in casual conversations, the dog will think he/she is in trouble. Use an uncommon word or sound so they don’t get confused.
