I am a Maharashtrian. But I understood the recipe well. Explained in a a simple manner.
Note: It's good as long as the pan does not have a non-stick coating. The coating breaks down at around 260°C and it can easily be achieved by exposing it to an open flame like shown in the video. This releases very harmful fumes and particles that will make you sick (polymer fume fever). Besides spiking your food with PFCs it renders your pan useless since it damages the coating forever.
