1:37 Love the way he lands here, it feels not only fluid but there is a naturality that I rarely see, he sticks the landing but there is a little stumble that he recovers, instead of a simple "super hero landing".
could also be the fact the Drifter still getting used to this (Since this is technically before the new war) and not knowing it's balance with the warframe
...I just realized that the Drifter is an accurate representation of most of the people who start playing warframe: Completely disoriented by the sensibility of the warframes and getting dizzy

This is exactly what I came down here to comment: to praise just how good they've gotten at the unrendered, in-game cutscenes. Compare it to, I don't know, Profit-Taker or Exploiter Orb. It's legitimately incredible how far DE has come, and just how much Warframe has improved over the past decade.

Actually, it wasn't. Which is why it was good. It wasn't a perfect stiff landing but instead a much more dynamic one.

It is actually considered released now but the beta was very, very long
This is gonna be so fireee. New storymodes and quests for warframe always brings me joy and reminds me of the good times when I experienced the quests for the first time.
can I start out like that human character instead of being a warframe or no? before I had to press 5 to summon out my human form when in battle.
@@skyecloud968 the quest might lock you to use either one or the other like the operator quests and the new war quest. At least thats what I think

@@skyecloud968 If I understood the Update notes correctly, you can start out as only the Drifter, but only when you're a new player, meaning when it's a newly created account.
I might've misunderstood something though and I'm not going to create a new account to prove me right or wrong.
Edit: That would also only last, I think, until you complete the Duviri Paradox quest, which then would somehow place you at the regular beginning Warframe always had, which would be the "Awakening" quest. So there is no way to be only the Drifter all the time. Felt like I should add that.

One of the best expansions Warframe has ever gotten. What I love about the update is that, everything that was shown in the very first teaser trailer, lived up in the final product.
I'm also enjoying the combat, mission structure, story, art direction, decree system, cosmetics to tune the Kaithes, and the beautiful mechanics for the Oro Wyrm boss fights 😍😍😍 And the whole mood concept was a nice touch.
The wait was worth it. The passion that went behind this expansion is nothing short of sheer brilliance. Thank you DE! 💙

@@The_Bird_Bird_Harder Idk. Starting right from PS4's release, I can tell you that experiencing the updates was a major thing too. Like nowadays, majors changes are kinda taken for granted - but, back then, all I had was a starter Loki on a totally undocumented game.
The infested update was the first time something changed in Warframe to me. A new creepy faction, the new end game too, Eris was no joke. And over the years came the celestial map, Kubrows, even a ship. You got used to getting the frames equipped, like a routine.
And then... The New War. Years of a routine, shattered, suddenly taking depth - there's a song these guys composed, that goes with the update : "This is what you are"... The spoiler mode. A moody kid sitting in this ship's back seat, behind an ever closed door. Mind = boggled.
I don't think the new players will have that kind of experience. Witnessing Digital extreme's evolution in the works... Yeah it was quite a trip.

That Shining Wizard to the mounted samurai is peak Warframe.
The next thing I’m hoping to see sometime soon is a story quest focused on the Tau System. I think that would be cool. I would like to explore it as well. Sentients are probably my favorite faction in Warframe and I would like to see more of them.

DE never ceases to surprise us. I mean, i know this was supposed to come last year but i do forgive them cuz i think it's better that they fix all the problems instead of just launching something uncompleted or with a lot of bugs.

Seeing this scene gives me this feeling that:
Transference on a Warframe might give you mental pain, but you feel no physical pain. Thus, even if the landing is not graceful (and looks really hurt) the warframe recovers quickly. Drifter might also think that warframes has incredible muscle strength and mobility, seeing excalibur can easily recover jumpily with two hands.
Holy macaroni, that last cutscene with the wormy guy and excalibur was neat

DE devs are some of the most dedicated and loving game devs on this planet, It's why this game will never die
the PS4 version not having it's loading times fixed which results in a couple dozen host migration loading screens before one is actually able to play with others (if at all) seems to be a paradoxical, mind-bending unreality in it of itself

It's crazy to imagine this spinned-off from an obscure ps3 game that I loved that everyone hated, and turned into this that everyone loves, but I've never played. lol I'm happy to see this kind of commitment and all the positivity associated with it - I'll jump in eventually.

i just want digital extremes to succeed in every way them want to be and push out good content . they are truly creative about the things they do... even after 10 years of the same basic concept of shooting and killing the same enemies over and over again they made it fun in a way I havent experienced anywhere else... it is never boring shooting a gun or blasting a grineer out of existence .... its truly remarkable !

I have been playing since 2013 and I have never felt so hyped about Warframe as I am after playing 2-3 hours of Duviri Paradox.
The last time I've felt so great about something brought into the game was with Archwing and Eidelon.
Fortuna, Deimos, the voidrigs, the railjacks, neither of them brought me so much wonder, joy and new life into my Tenno world as the Duviri has.
IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT!

Did I get flickering sleves? Sure. Did I let it ruin my experience? No. I have better things to do with my time, like playing this beautiful expansion.

I always forget that I have to think of almost all release dates in america as if they happen 1 day later. Because it's been the 26th for 18 hours now(17 at the time of the video). Later moat likely means 2am here

That's why I like that digital extremes does not promise promise exact dates for content. They just tell you what they're working on and give you trailers as it goes and when they are ready to finally release any content they give you date

As an MR32 I really cant express how little Ive cared about this game since the Focus changes & the absolute nerfing on Zenurik operaters offensive abilities as you introduce more opertaor oriented gameplay.
I cant express how little the whole Drifter Zarimon & Duviri stuff interests me I just dont care anymore...4500+ hours & you finally made me give up.

Warframe; slowly becoming less and less about warframes.
How to kill a beautiful game if I wanted fight with horses and swords I would have gone Mount and Blade or Elden Ring. I wonder when dev will get a brain and fix bugged bosses like the Ropalolyst or balancing some warframes that became hard to play or unplayable etc.

Ye Man, I feel you. I was also disappointed. It wasn't worth the 4 Year of waiting. We were told a good fairy tale, but Duviri is more like zariman. They did not reach the scale of the new war.
