Amazing. Only change i'll make it to make the front wheel forks longer. This will stop the rear wheels from lifting off the ground when you have a heavier load. Well done!!! Great job!!! I would give 10 thumbs up if I could. God bless
With the arms horizontal, that would probably be the tipping point. I'd like to know what weight at that position would cause it to tip forward. I could use one of these to remove window AC units without assistance.
@@danburch9989 considering the front wheels become the fulcrum the weight you can carry without tipping is the weight of the lift behind the wheels plus whatever downward force the person using the lift can apply. moving the wheels forward would help reduce the amount of weight you need behind the wheels for a given load.
Nice job!!! This project looks well thought out and quite handy...It's a big pain when you need help moving something and you're alone. This should do the trick.
I would love to see someone make an "adapter" version for an engine hoist... where you can simply bolt this forklift on/off to maintain the original use of the engine hoist. Fantastic build BTW!!
I want to congratulate you on your work, it is brilliant and very professional. I appreciate that you took the time to share this incredible idea. Fun build! Ever thought to modify an electric wheelchair and fully motorize you lift? Like a pocket bike chain, or flat belt, to the front wheels to still get under things though. Wired with the chairs joystick then the hungover guy can still get something done. :D Comments from everywhere here, wow! Cheers from Ontario everyone!
This is awesome and I'd like to have a go at making one myself but I have limited experience. Would it be possible for you to share the cutting list please? Many thanks :)
Muy buena herramienta y sobre todo practica para descargar paquetería de furgonetas sin necesidad de plataforma elevadora, hora donde poder conseguir una grúa así
you may want to put a basket for counter balance weights under the handles there. The forks don't look long enough to effectively support a lot of weight in the lifted position.
Good project!! ...I think the pedal that’s release the pressure and lower down the forks need a spring to keep more precise control when is needed (safety first)
I guess that the limit on the unit's capacity is because the square pipes are not too strong, right? I suppose that if one were to use solid metal, the lifting capacity would increase. Don't you think so?

I was thinking exactly the same thing, and also move the rear wheels further apart for more stability.
you know your stuff Walter

Thank you but now I haven't enough time to make it. Sorry!
@@KwandoTechnic Hello 👋... Can you list the materials you used please?!
Здорово. Как раз хочу что-то подобное для перемещения циркулярки (220кг.)
You should make a forklift that can bring like a drum.
Very nice construction. If you wanted to lift more weight, where do you think the weak points are?
You should improve force arm.
How about some plans for this very cool contraption. 😎
Thank you so much!
How much have you liftet with it? That is just great!!
200kgs for max

How much kilogramms would it lift?
200 kgs, bro.

longer front legs would be better to hold heavy and larger burden. great work!!!

All it needs is a removable counterweight. A very impressive build.
Realistically, though. I would use flux core or stick.

Hi bro, awesome idea & an excellent job, I have a requirement for a dairy farm, can u pls design a milk can trolley with lifting technique 😀😀😀
Nice idea. But let me think about it.
Very good. :) What is the hydraulic jack capacity?
Jack is 4 tons. But max capacity of this tool is 200 kg.
