This was not from a movie but in real life. They were together as BF & GF in real life. Julia Barretto is from a famous showbiz clan in the Philppines and there was some internal strife in their family. Then she made a movie with actor Gerald Anderson who is a known playboy. She fell in love with him and left Joshua Garcia. They never had a closure...so this is it. This song came out before Moira and her husband broke up so it was never about Moira.
I dont think Julia cheated because there's also rumors that Joshua has been with and talking to other girls. So yeah

The Paubaya song were Julia Baretto and Josh Garcia was in a relationship before they're both celebrity.Then there was a time where Julia had a movie and partnered to Gerald Anderson w/c they had a mutual relationship and it became a big issue where Julia got lots of bashing and hate while Josh remained silent and left out of the picture and got scared of all the chaos that happened and that's why Julia and Josh got broke up and didn't had the chance to have a closure between them.Then in that MV when they are both crying its not scripted anymore lines there were on their own its like they made a closure thing.Every word is came from their hearts.And now they already fine w/ each other and they had a recent movie again together as partners and in real life each of them already had their own relationship.❤

From what I remember is that they were a real couple who broke up not long before they shot the music video. And the part where they are crying, is real there wasn't really a script and it was only the director and someone else in the room. People can correct me if I'm wrong. Hi Mel 😊 Please check out my favorite Alamat song their ballad called "Sa Panaginip Na Lang". Also you asked about the context of Moira's song "Paubaya", there's actually a BTS video of the MV. I think it gives a good perspective of their relationship during the shooting of the MV. But I believe this MV was shot much later after their break up. There wasn't any closure from that break up, so they ended up saying what needs to be said to each other during the video. So what was said wasn't scripted at all.
The district featured in the video is called the Ortigas District. Similar to BGC but an older established district with tall buildings and huge malls. It is located in Pasig City. While BGC is located in Taguig. Both are in the nation's capital, Metro Manila.
Alamat songs are mostly RnB, so I'll recommend "Sa Panaginip na Lang" (Just In Dreams Only) ballad, and "Dagundong" (Rumble) hype song.
G22 has just released "It Lies Within" jingle for Predator gaming; it's in English.
They also did a Christmas Exchange/Secret Santa/Krisgringle gifts with SB19; G22 fancam channel has a great video on that.

The “Paubaya” MV was not about Moira
and her husband. The actors in the MV, Josh and Julia, were actually in a romantic relationship in real life before and never had a closure after their messy breakup. The MV was kind of their reunion after that and did an unscripted scene at the end of the MV where they tried to make a closure of their love story. They were a very famous couple or “love team “ on and off the screen in the Philippines. Julia was accused of cheating on Josh with another famous actor in real life. Lots of their fans were saddened by their breakup. There was a behind the scenes of this MV.

In Moira's Paubaya MV, it starred former real-life couple (and celebrities/actors) Joshua Garcia and Julia Barretto. They have already broken up before this MV was shot and they both agreed to star again together just for this song and this became their closure after their breakup as well. All the lines they've said in this MV were unscripted and their actual feelings, as they were encouraged by the director to pour everything out in this scene while all the staff are outside the church
This video on Moira, that was filmed after they broke up. So this is like a perfect closure for both of them. I would say that they are no longer acting there. They both recently have a movie together too. - I guess that is where professionalism comes in.
