The thing about people that belong to cults is that they genuinely don't believe they are in a cult. Dodging questions like this becomes second nature after a while, and his prominent position in the organisation definitely gives him an incentive to speak about it in a positive light. I have no doubt that being a member of the Church of Scientology has helped him with his business ventures, but there is definitely a darker side to the organisation that he likely doesn't have much personal experience with due to his loyalty and support.

My question is why is it called a "church"? Scientology is all about money and power. If you tried to leave they will try to break up your family if they are involved with you.
