Second: Well that I'll tell you after you answer the first.
Quantum Leap because its all in how you word the bet. You need to be precise in what words you use. And like skmekbe else said why nit just move the 1 ball to the side if the bill. Again because if how the bet is worded. Key words here are “ the 1 ball needs to be CENTERED ON TOP of the $20 bill”. When you set it up for them you lay the bill flat. And they generally assume that that is the only way you can set it up without even thinking you can actually roll the bill up. Now again obv you cant say something like “you cannot change the way i have it set up”. Otherwise you are completely changing the bet So being vague is key. But at the same time making sure you do get the few certain rules across meaning the centered on the bill rule and the cannot touch the 1 ball rule.

You don't need the whole thing loaded with chalk! After the tip is loaded, the impact of your first shot will knock off a big portion of the chalk and it will fall from the tip, and then land and accumulate on the felt. The more it accumulates, the more it will affect the physics of the game. Additionally, not only will the chalk coat the balls (this will affect the physics as well), but the same will happen to your bridge hand, making it nice and dirty. One is better off with scuffing the tip and maintaining a nice, rough surface to hold the chalk than just boring a hole into the chalk cube in an effort to apply a thick layer of chalk on the tip. There's no need for that . . . unless you think it makes you look cool.

@@gracelizzie248 Experienced players don't rotate the chalk when chalking. You go from side to side. Besides, if it's not necessary, it's not cool. Good players will tell you apart, if you're good or not.
@@gracelizzie248 we often say that when you spin the cue or the chalk, you're not chalking your tip, you're tipping your chalk.
it often doesn't leave the chalk on properly and drastically decreases the lifespan of the chalk.
It's Fingerspace! Not to mention not only are you likely to get more chalk onto the Feurel than the tip, using your foot to rotate the cue is also a great way to break the cue

Reducing the coefficient of friction between your finger and the ball does not cause it to roll. It causes the ball to "shoot" out with practically no spin. Then when the ball makes contact with the felt, it will easily, and quickly, gain a natural forward roll which propels it further. When your "opponent" does not wet his finger, the greater coefficient of friction causes the ball to "shoot" out with backspin. When this ball makes contact with the felt, the inertia wants to carry it forward, but it has to overcome the backspin which is attempting to grip the felt and cause the ball to roll backwards. The player with the dry finger needs to apply enough force to overcome the created backspin, and then still have enough force remaining to roll farther than the other ball. However, the amount of force that is applied to a ball with this one finger method does not vary enough from person to person to create a sufficient differential in forces which would allow one to overcome the backspin and still have enough remaining force to propel the ball farther than his opponent's ball.
