C651 233/234 has been taken out of the train operations fleet since May 2024. Farewell, 233/234.

A faulty locomotive that could not be moved the wee hours of maintenance on 19 October 2022, caused a delay and disruption on that same morning.
Locomotive D204+D207 was the affected locomotive, that was parked on the Northbound track. Hence, mainline Northbound trains after the disruption were to divert along the affected track by crossing to Yishun Siding track to continue operations.
Yishun Sidings are used by trains daily to turnaround or withdraw, however they would be out of bounds to passengers. In this video, this is a time where passengers can ride any in service Northbound trains after the disruption on the Yishun Siding. Not rare enough? To see a locomotive out of the depot during service hours, is also regarded rare as well!
