I randomly think about this case often and it infuriates me because essentially his wife was just madly insecure about her relationship after forgiving him for the infidelity
And also never sat right with me how the murder charges were dropped but they were still charged with kidnapping… Because there’s so many things that I can ask after the fact? Like how did they kidnap her what did they do to her after it makes no sense to me

Right cause I always burn the towels after I clean my car 😊 I personally believe that heather was pregnant and because of it, simple murder wouldn’t do. They had to ensure her body wouldn’t be found because DNA testing could be done on the fetus and reveal Sydney as the father. This case has always been disturbing to me from the first time I heard of it because Heather was so young. Tammy and Sydney’s marriage was a shit show and instead of separating for good because he’s a serial cheater, these almost 40 year olds decided to take the life of a girl not even old enough to buy alcohol. It’s terrible

I think you should do a video on Chris Vaughn. He’s in prison for murdering his family; but I believe, and a lot of other people believe he’s innocent. There’s a podcast about it, a murder in Illinois. It’s an interesting case.
Or maybe talk about dr. Duntsch aka Dr. death? He was a neurosurgeon who maimed 32 of 35 of his patients. A couple patients actually died.

It makes me so sick to my stomach just thinking of how jealous the wife is in this case. Not only that but what a twisted relationship she and her husband have. Why did he go along with this or maybe it was his plan? How could he do that to a young girl who loved him? Yes, Heather was wrong for going after a married man but that doesn't mean she deserves to die. Why did Heather like older men and married no less? That's kind of quirky. Such a disgusting case.

Former CJ major here. Circumstantial evidence isn't evidence and the lack of a body does indeed mean no crime. The CH system is horrendously broken and the many guilty verdicts based on circumstantial evidence. Evidence should point conclusively in one direction or the other and if it doesn't then it's not evidence.
I have a connect who was a DA for many years who would disagree on these thoughts but I do get what you mean.

Ok, so you said that they bought a pregnancy test and went straight to a pay phone. Did they ever find out what happened to this test? Because as a woman, I would never take a test except in the comfort of my home. Not sure if this is universal though. And it could further the argument that it was not intended for the wife.

Do you think your love of true crime gives you more anxiety or heightens your fear of being murdered ?(If you fear being murdered lol) since you're very aware of how crazy people can be due to indulging in true crime.
interestingly enough, i have bad anxiety and use to have panic attacks several nights a week. since starting to cover true crime, my anxiety is exponentially lower than it's ever been. i'm more aware of the dangers out there, but less anxious about it actually happening.
@JH1234 don’t mind at all ! It has done the exact same for me & has made my change my ways! I.e I always tell someone where im going or who im with , also what route im taking & im very cautious about who I surround myself with.
