If apps not downloading on iPhone or iPad, this error can be easily resolved by following our step by step guide. Here are some of the solutions to try to resolve this issue:
1. Connect to Another Wi-FI Network
2. Check if the date & time are correct
3. Logout and Login again into your account
4. Force quit App Store app and open it again
5. Delete the stuck apps and try to install them again

I used your 1st trick but differently, I reset my network settings which solved the problem. I didn't have to enter anything other than my pin code.
