This game always felt like it belonged on the switch, with the joycon punching and stylised graphics, it's so great to finally see it!
I wish there were motion controls

@@maxdashenadding it as an option isn't a bad idea arms mostly died because I believe the marketing mostly focused on the motion controls and not a lot else

Congrats Ponty, I am very happy for you after watching much of your development vids for a long time. You deserve all the good things that are coming for you persisted and never gave up on finishing the game no matter the problem.
What if the crowd could throw an upgrade to you inside the ring after reaching a certain low health level?
Maybe these:
- Brass knuckles (stuns the enemy)
- Karate booklet (allows you to dodge twice in a row and allows for parry maybe have easter eggs to Karate movies)
- Wrestler’s boots (allows for corner attacks and might have some actual wrestlers moves as an easter egg)
- Kung fu headband (allows for an unblockable bicycle kick or a spinning kick)
Also you can give each enemy fighter his own arena with their special arena effects and emotes..
- The Monk.. you can fight him in a bamboo garden where the crowd is actually other monks (also the monk can go to his corner as a special attack do a stance and make two low health monks emerge from the crowd and fight you and they have basic attacks only).
- The Rapper.. you can fight him at his own concert on stage (The Rapper can also continue his concert and let two low health security guards come in and fight you and if you were defeated they come in and escort you out).
These are just ideas I hope you like them. 😅

@pontypants, I don't know if you realise it but your combination of humour + creative filming + awesome editing + excellent set design for each camera angle + (obviously) a fun game is really, really rare. I find myself subconsciously comparing your videos to the ton of other channels who also publish game dev logs but the amount of polish that goes into your videos and the attention to detail to so many little things make yours just so much better than most others. I know it takes a ton of effort and I'm SO glad that your effort has been rewarded.
