Spanish Revival Homebuilding Part 6

The rough framing inside and out is complete. Waterproofing of the entire building is done and dry wall installation has begun. Red clay tiles have been loaded on the roof. The formal courtyard has been laid out. The walkways, stairs to the overlook, and front entrance have all been poured. All rough plumbing and electrical is complete inside and out. Trenching for hook-up with PG & E has just begun. HomeWorks automation system for the exterior lighting and interior electrical installation is complete, which includes all low voltage lighting, and security. All fire sprinklers are also installed as well as double thick fire walls in the garage.
In the background, Rose Bank Design is working with Village Manufacturing and the clients to design all cabinets, many which are built-ins. The floor and bathroom tile schedule is 209 lines long on an excel spreadsheet! Typical Spanish homes are all tiled.
