Yep, they look ethereal. :)
Big fan bro!!
@@saraswathynagarajan7893 Great to see you here.
My favorite is memihlapinatapai- considered as the most succinct word, this has a beautiful meaning. It refers to the gaze shared by two people wishing the other one to speak first but none speaking.
I just got floored away ... by the treasure distributed through this channel....
Liked and shared to English livers and others

You transmogrify the way of learning😊

Incandescent ❤️ such a beautiful word.❤️ I literally did the 'wahhh' and my family members looked at me with annoyed face. I wish they could understand the beauty of this word ❤️

Supercalifragilisticexpalidocious
This word is my favorite too..😊🤗
'Baudelairean' is my favourite, the type of flair you have during dialogue delivery... Love from Kolkata....
Phantasmagorical - dreamlike .
I was glued on the shore of Varadero,
Enchanted by a sandpiper,
Running up and down the waves,
Unaware of the beauty of azure sea,
That moment became heavenly to me,
I stood there on the beach watching,
The beauty of blue shaded sea,
And sandpiper made the day for me.
Serendipity is my new favourite.
I love Mellifluous, Illusion, Magnificent too.
How beautiful it is, thank you EN.
Fantastic video.
I am incandescent after watching this video.😍
Thank you nutsy. You enriched my vocabulary by these five beautifully explained words. Salamat raho
English is such an enchanting language, and so is your way of speaking!
Greetings, exalted sir! My name is Aaryav Bhattacharya and I am Ten and a half years old. I am a colossal fan of yours. I watch your delightful videos daily just before my bedtime, via my mom's phone. I am now ecstatic to mention my favorite word: Sanctity (from the Latin ''Sanctus'' meaning ''Holy''). I give my sincere thanks. Warm regards, Aaryav B
Thank you, Aaryav!
Really superbbbb....
Hi, I love everything about your channel so much. Glad I discovered it❤️.
There came a time when only your voice reached my ears and not the words you spoke. Such is the depth of your content. With your voice as background, I blissfully floated in my thoughts until I heard 'Dubliners'. Thank you for all your hardwork. :)
my favourite word.... Flabbergasted..
when I relearned the words in the video, I was flabbergasted
abysmal is my favourite word. the sound is very incandescent.
Incandescent tutor..... 👍
Totally agree
Me too , I love his love for English language
I like the word Ephemeral - things that don't last forever are ephemeral. From conversation to arguments . Some things just tend to be short lived which isn't necessary a bad thing.
Sublime
Every word touched my heart!! Thankyou
I'm so glad that I found this channel. Words are so beautiful, I've fallen in love with them, thanks to you, The English Nut!
Could you suggest some novels to enrich vocabulary and gain different perspectives in life?
Thank you. Much love.
Please look up my book recommendation videos on this channel.
Most teachers of English, here in Bengal at least, are too Shakespearean to be real and in currency. You would often catch them saying phrases like "I impress upon you" in everyday conversations. This archaism gets faithfully passed down to their students and "grandstudents"... Even the much-hyped Sukanta Chaudhuris are no exception...
Watching your videos is an incandescent experience.. ☺☺😊😊
Not just the knowledge you give, the way you're providing that is incandescent. Very underrated.
Thanks .😊❤🎉❤😊
Immaculate - perfectly clean , neat & tidy
The immaculate neighbourhoods of the English Cotswolds fill my heart with ineffable joy !
My favourite words
Chauvanism: an aggressive and unreasonable belief that your own country is better than all others
Epitome : a perfect example of something
Mellifluous : having pleasant and flowing sound
I love the way you express each words.
My favorite word is unravel. The meaning of the word unravels itself to give a deeper meaning when used in a sentence.
Can we just appreciate how he upload videos every week 👏🏻
Yep. He needs to be appreciated because he's still uploading weekly even after having less views. This makes me feel sad for him.
the inscrutable pulchritude of certain words!
Absolutely!
Pulchritude is generally used to describe physical beauty/attractiveness only.
How beautifully you weave your videos! 💖
With an extremely limited knowledge of the language I keep on dreaming that even I would learn it properly in reality some day, because most of the English words known to me have a tremendous influence on my senses. They hardly fail to ignite, extinguish, excite, soothe, hurt and heal.
Some of them include benevolence, sense, artistry, luscious, mist and mellow.
And your favourite ones obviously deserve much appreciation for their beauty, grandeur, serenity and magical appeal.
I do get intoxicated by exquisite English words and I'm glad that I found this channel! I'll find you on ig today and maybe in person tomorrow. 😇
I think it would be nice to recommend the word *'flamboyant'* as my favourite, because of two reasons:
1. I can't recall any other nice words to say as my favourite; you already shared my favourites in this video(except incandescent)
2. I would attribute the title 'Flamboyant' to this video than any other of your former ones. I received some positive vibes from this one. Your face made me feel rapturous.
Thank you, Mr English Nut.
Flamboyant is a lovely word. I sometimes like the way bonanza sounds.:-)
Thank you so much, for sharing these beauties. They are my favourites, too. I'm an English teacher and I 'm nuts about English. We do vocabulary building in every class. Have introduced these words.
Looking forward to more such beauties.

@@TheEnglishNut Offcourse..Yes...It was marvellous...
Your voice is so soothing sir! My favorite word is "Petrichor" as I do love the earthy smell
Wow..
I love being in solitude
My favourite English word is plethora. I often use this word 😃😃😃
This channel is certainly a serendipitous discovery for me.. but with each passing day I am getting addicted to this.
I got five beautiful flowers in your video and the bouquet grew more and more diverse and fragrant after reading the words in the comments! My favorites are many, but my current favorite is chutzpah. Chutzpah is a Yiddish word that I heard in a web series named Dr House. It means impudence or audacity, but it also has a positive note. You admire someone's chutzpah or his extreme self confidence!
Thank you. Here's my video on Yiddish words: th-cam.com/video/n-hg_UMlemQ/w-d-xo.html Do watch. :)
Chutzpah is one of mt favorites too.....💓it is pronounced what sounds like "huht - spaah", which makes it even more fascinating....
I don't know why this is my favourite word.
The word is "hermaphrodite" derived from the Greek word hermaphroditous, the son of hermes and aphrodite. The who murged with a nymph and got live like that for eternity. hermaphroditous is depicted as a woman with male ganetals. The word was used for non binary gender. It is technical term in biology to describe same cases in different animals. I got to love this word when i heard the story.
Yes, the earthworm is a hermaphrodite.
Mine have to be epistemology, Petichor and Mellifluous, to name a few.
Love petrichor, first came across this word in 2014 or so. It is a nostalgic smell, something one can't get tired of.
I love the word petrichor (because it connects me with someone special) and serendipity...
Charismatic, phenomenal Teacher....
My fav. Word is idiosyncratic
Serendipity, solitude ... my favourite words too
Meraki is a beautiful word....
Which means to do things for the love of it, My Meraki for enhancing my vocabulary unknowingly brought me here.
Afficionado
Insatiable, savvy, aficionado are quite interesting words, will wait to learn more from you Sir! Thank you so much!
All of these words are absolute favourites !!!! The word 'mellow', is another favourite of mine !!....
And thank you for being so unapologetically poetic !!😃👍✨
egregious - useful to describe SO MUCH
egregious = very bad
@@TheEnglishNut so useful right? and then there is eldritch - weird and hideous also useful - I love how there are so many very very precise words. and since they express exactly what we want to, why not use them!
Thank you so much Sir. Huge fan of you and this channel. Your content is so awesome. Your volubility is splendid. Lots of love, respect and gratitude
It has to be ubiquitous. The word's sound is what i love
Is the word 'ubiquitous' your favourite? I love that too.
@@mgA757 yess😊😊
Usage of "Ubiquitous" should be ubiquitous, cause it sounds mellifluous
@@_Cereal_Killer_1998 yessssss.....
Although there is a mistake here
It should be:
The usage of the word ubiquitous should be ubiquitous because it sounds mellifluous.
'it's sound' means 'it is sound' which is not correct.
Just helping 😁😁
Keep up!😊😊
It should be 'it sounds mellifluous' 😁😁
Omg, I could listen to you speak or even ramble all day....please post more !
His videos are "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious" as well as his voice is élan.
I'd say Metanoia, because for a word that holds such a deep and glum meaning, it sounds very beautiful. Makes you want to use it repeatedly.
Mine is 'smorgasboard'. It comes from Swedish and means a table from which you can choose the foods that you're going to eat. It can also be used for any rich collection of things.
My favourite word is Exhausted
Loquacious is one of my favourite words.
It means a person who is very talkative, which sometimes become intolerable.
Love ya dude!!!! May you keep adding words to life!!!! Err putting life to words!!😁
Valuable words, having deeper meaning. I am excited to use them:) Thanks Sir Nuts with knowledge ❣️
Well, you're STUPENDOUS and yes, you got it absolutely right!!!
That's one of my favourite English words cz I firmly believe in being STUPENDOUS and possessing STUPENDOUS ENGLISH skills like our English Nut:)
Thanks & Regards!
Current favorite word is nonchalant...
