- Text Neck!? Let Dr. G show you and your kids a genius and simple HACK to hold your phone or device with a little help from the rest of your body!
.
.
The best way to avoid text neck is to BRING YOUR PHONE TO YOUR FACE, rather than bringing your face to your phone (in your lap, desk or hands). But, this can make your arms sore - so instead prop yourself up against a tall surface (chair or wall) to rest your head against & bend your knees to rest your hands on. This is a great little HACK for kids and works for adults too!
