This was in Italian. He doesn’t speak Italian at all. He doesn’t speak so many languages, but he SINGS in 12 languages. He is fluent truly only in two languages, Kazakh and Russian. Since Kazakhstan was a part of ex-USSR, Kazakhs are bilingual and can speak Russian fluently. He also speaks some English but his pronunciation in English still needs a lot of improvement which I am sure he will be working more on.

I love both this performance and the arena performance. I can’t choose. You must do One Sky from Dimash. It is epic, a masterpiece. 15 min mini film which Dimash has spent three years working on and is the most expensive video made. He wrote the music, wrote the screenplay and produced it. Be prepared to be shocked. Most reactors have shed tears and had to stop the video several times, just to give themselves a breather before taking in the next phase. I’m not exaggerating.

My Dear Bob……Dimash: 20 years of vocal training, 3 hours daily practice (except for performance day and a day after) healthy food (does not drink cold liquids, only warm ones), physical exercise, swimming, underwater breathing exercises and keeping healthy mind and total dedication to music , give this kind of vocals and difficult songs doesn’t strain tired throat and voice. Vocal cords are muscle and just like muscles you can do exercise. And his concerts, he sing live for over 3 hrs and sings perfect. . Dimash does Opera he have couple of them Ulisse, Te amo Cosi and Passione. I listen to opera from time to time but this, I can jam with this all day, he makes it more modern rock vibe and it’s more pleasing for me to listen. His musicians are impeccable they bring the best of Dimash. I like his War and Peace song the instrumentation is so beautifully done , his percussionist is amazing love him after Dimash. Dimash is bringing something different in music industry, a unique one. Name me a musician whose 1st language is not English who sings in many other languages , who sings in different genre in one concert or even in one song? Olympico (Ogni Pietra) is an epic song. I was fortunate to see Dimash perform this song live at Barclay's NYC at his Arnau-Envoy concert in December 2019. To see and hear Dimash perform this live was phenomenal and is absolutely chilling with goosebumps. It felt to me like the entire venue was shaking (like I was) when he sang Olympico. To see and hear Dimash perform at a Live Concert... should be on everyone's bucket list. Dimash never disappoints.

When you say his Italian is perfect, it makes it seem like he speaks Italian. He doesn’t speak Italian. I wanted to clarify this for the video creator because in this video he said he believes he speaks so many languages, but he “ SINGS in so many languages but can speak only very few. His Italian enunciation and diction is great though even though he doesn’t speak Italian .

Dimash has been recorded singing in 13 languages, but he usually will perform 6 to 8 languages in his Concerts. Dimash usually sings at his Concerts in Kazakh, Russian, Chinese, Italian, French, English and then a song in the language of the country where he is performing. It has been stated by native speakers of these various song/languages; that Dimash does an excellent job of diction in his vocal expression.

If you go to Igor's channel you can find his performance of this at this Nur-Sultan concert. It's also very exciting because of the audience enthusiasm. Also, the song is very uplifting if you read the lyrics.
You are right that the Astana performance is the best ever. But the voice track of this Digital Show performance is identical to the voice track of the Astana concert. Here only the music track is new. Therefore this was not sung live. (BTW, Nur-Sultan has been recently renamed to Astana.)

Bob, if you had listened to all of The Singer competition you would have heard a lot of different songs and genres. He has a phenomenal voice and, after watching almost everything he has done, I am not so surprised. He is the "good" guy, who saves the other person's life, with tragic consequences. It's a cry from the heart for peace. It will make you cry! Dimash does Opera he have couple of them Ulisse, Te amo Cosi and Passione. I listen to opera from time to time but this, I can jam with this all day, he makes it more modern rock vibe and it’s more pleasing for me to listen. His musicians are impeccable they bring the best of Dimash. I like his War and Peace song the instrumentation is so beautifully done , his percussionist is amazing love him after Dimash. Dimash is bringing something different in music industry, a unique one. Name me a musician whose 1st language is not English who sings in many other languages , who sings in different genre in one concert or even in one song? Dimash is like a salad, you start with lettuce and add whatever toppings you like , there’s really no words to describe him. Thanks for reaction
Olympico (Ogni Pietra) is an epic song. I was fortunate to see Dimash perform this song live at Barclay's NYC at his Arnau-Envoy concert in December 2019. To see and hear Dimash perform this live was phenomenal and is absolutely chilling with goosebumps. It felt to me like the entire venue was shaking (like I was) when he sang Olympico. To see and hear Dimash perform at a Live Concert... should be on everyone's bucket list. Dimash never disappoints.

The song Olympico (Ogni Pietra) is in Italian. Dimash speaks Kazakh & Russian with a working knowledge of English... and some Chinese. Dimash has been recorded singing in 13 languages, but he usually will perform 6 to 8 languages in his Concerts. Dimash usually sings at his Concerts in Kazakh, Russian, Chinese, Italian, French, English and then a song in the language of the country where he is performing. It has been stated by native speakers of these various song/languages; that Dimash does an excellent job of diction in his vocal expression.

This song was written by Igor Krutoy especially for Dimash to sing at the European Olympics about two years ago. If you go to Igor's channel you can find his performance of this at this Nur-Sultan concert. It's also very exciting because of the audience enthusiasm. Also, the song is very uplifting if you read the lyrics.
You are right that the Astana performance is the best ever. But the voice track of this Digital Show performance is identical to the voice track of the Astana concert. Here only the music track is new. Therefore this was not sung live. (BTW, Nur-Sultan has been recently renamed to Astana.)

Bob, if you had listened to all of The Singer competition you would have heard a lot of different songs and genres. He has a phenomenal voice and, after watching almost everything he has done, I am not so surprised. As others have mentioned pls see his new MV, The Story of One Sky, it is shocking, amazing, beautifully done and also, true. He is the "good" guy, who saves the other person's life, with tragic consequences. It's a cry from the heart for peace. It will make you cry! He is a genius and kudos to him for his vision and courage.
