I have that almost everyday and look forward to it! Something else that I also do is sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder and sea salt on the eggs (like you recommended in another video) and that is now MY JAM! :-) But seriously, the pepper jack cheese, whole grain bread, ham, and egg/egg whites with onion and tomatoes is FREAKING AWESOME! I feel so great eating that after my 18 hour daily fast (I do 18:6 every day.) The only issue is that one meal fills me up and sometime I have to force myself to eat later to get additional calories! Otherwise, I am only eating about 900 calories a day! I am dropping weight consistently and will most likely reach my goal next month. I started at 203, and now after 2 months at 181! (Goal is 175.) I love your channel, I love your suggestions - I love that I can throw a splash of organic half and half in my coffee in the morning guilt free :-) Keep doing what you are doing - love your content!

I am glad that I came across this helpful 5 meal link I just have to make up my mind on what mustard Andor condiment substitute/alternative I would apply on the tuna wrap and the salad dressing for the salad, I also like that she shows some of the multiple yogurt mixes she eats/consumes because I admit that my intuition has been nudging at me to try to incorporate yogurt into one of my sweet tooth staples however up until viewing this helpful TH-cam video I was the opposite of certain on what to try yogurt wise outside of the usual packaged yogurts until I saw this video which fortunately intuitively feeds me/gives me some ideas

I have been having yogurt bowls too as a dessert - my favourite is with berries - I buy frozen as they're cheaper - defrosted cherries are my fave at the moment. I sprinkle on a bit of acai powder and linseed. If I'm been naughty I add a tiny squirt of Hershey syrup!

Lacey, unless I'm missing something, isn't the sliced turkey or sliced ham actually a processed food? I thought that was a no-no as I have watched some of your other videos on clean eating.
Great question! Lots of deli meat is processed so I look for no antibiotics or sugar added, and no nitrates or nitrites, and I buy the non pre-packaged stuff and get it sliced directly at the butcher. While it’s not 100% perfect, it makes a great quick high protein option.
Dairy increases the risk of breast cancer by over 65% in women doesn't matter what kind of dairy it is so for you to say it's healthy especially to have everyday is just completely wrong

You have to be doing one hell of a lot of exercise to burn all those carbs and fat. Regular largely sedentary person eating your diet would get very fat from. The worst possible thing you can do is combine high glycemic carbs with fat and you seem to do that quite consistently. Im going to guess this was not the diet you used to loose all the weight its the diet you are now on as a maintenance diet.

Great question! I’ve actually never considered it lol. Sometimes, I make it into a scramble and add some veggies but I just tend to make it this way.
