What did you think of the first ever Rusical?!?!
PERFECT!
Amazing 🤩
I loved it, if you guys knew Raffaella you’d have amazed how good they did. But the Winner should’ve been Farida
Raffaella was such an icon in Italy, Spain and Latin America. She was probably the largest sex symbol in the 80s and a beacon of female emancipation. It is hard to say how relevant Raffaella was... She still was a famous TV star at her 70s. When she died, I felt so sad, like I lost my own grandmother. So when Drag Race Italia was announced, I was hoping for a Night of 1000 Raffaellas and oh boy they delivered. So much love for her and so much drama. Besides, Tiziano Ferro appearing was the cherry on top of this iconic episode.
You guys should know that here in Latin America, for every gay guy growing up in a stranded relationship with their mother, there's always a Rafaella Carrá song bringing them back together in their adulthood, during a family party. Or when cleaning the house. And I just danced the lipsync song this last weekend at my favorite club and this whole episode made me smile.
And also Spain. I love Hay que venir al sur and Explota mi corazón.
Luna lansman using a song of raffaela carra in her muertas show in lmd3 finale.
This episode was SO PACKED with cultural references that it was hard to get them all, even for me.
-Raffaella wasn't just important for the LGBTQ+ community (She really was the Italian Cher+Madonna) She has also been an icon for every woman in Italy. She was SO modern and ahead of her time, she was wering her belly button out and singning suggestive songs in a time of tv censorship. She really brought the sexual liberation movement in every Italian household through the tv.
- Vladimir Luxuria was the first transgender woman to ever being elected to Parliament here in Italy.
-They had to lip-sync in a different language!!
-I'm not here for the back stage drama, I believe that since half of the audience comes from trash tv shows like "Uomini e Donne" which is nothing but unintelligent and ignorant people screaming at each other, they are trying to give some of the same energy. But I have never watched Uomini&Donne, never watched Amici, never cared for Maria DeFilippi or Barbara D'urso. Please, just give me DRAG. I want to see the artistry! not the cat fights!
Parole sante :)
Amen sorella
The italian girls are bringing ALL the drama that I needed.
Did you guys know that this week special guest judge Vladimir Luxury was Europe's first elected transgender woman member of parliament? She joined the Italian Parliament in the early 2000s. She left politics like 10 years ago but she made history. She's quite huge
I LOVE YOUUU! Vladimir Luxuria is so important in the italian, and even european, queer herstory as well as Raffaella carrà.
Personally I always look up for informations about something I don't know in the american version of drag race, but not that many people does dunno why...
Vabbè sono idiota! Sei italiano e ti ho dato sfoggio del mio pessimo inglese🤦♂️
Dan and Handy. I was stationed in Napoli from 1987-1991 and by the time I left Raffaella was already incredibly popular etc. By the time she passed recently she was a true legend. I watched her on the Voice of Italy in 2014 and was so in love with her. A bit Bette Midler, a bit Rita Moreno, a bit Cher.. and so IN YOUR FACE about freedom of thought and orientation etc. SO hard to describe her.
Raffaella Carrà has been our first and most iconic showgirl, she sadly passed away this summer. She broke so many boundaries with her music and her performances which in tv were taboos up until those days.
So much love for her she was THE ONE. It doesn't matter nowadays if you're straight, queer or whatever, if a Raffa song comes up in the club you better dance and sing the s**t out of it and every italian will.
Also the base music of the rusical is a mixtape of Raffa's songs.
Rafaella Carrá is such an icon. Love her song in both Italian and Spanish versions.
Season 14 Meet The Queens was already out, cannot wait to see your reaction to it.
I can't possibly imagine how they translated all the colourful (and amazingly funny+deeply cultural) language in the Werk Room. That verbal cat fight was just unmissable! Looking forward to next week when all will be revealed.
didn't you watch the judgments and Untucked? it was fire. At Untucked there was a lot of fighting and 2 queens spoke complaining about the judgments they received.
I can't wait to see your reaction to canada!!!!
14th...Heyy guys...it wasa Nice see'm Hansy on the Right side for a change...I noticed it anyway... what an episode / tho wigs in that Rusical...shake and Go's! A Jaymes Mansfield No no
Rafaella Carra was amazing disco and pop singer, she was born and lived in Itally, but moved to Spain. She have many famous hits, and is still gay icon in Italy, and she died this summer aged 78. Check her videos in the TH-cam ;)
You should react to some of Raffaella's music, she also sang some song in Spanish
x2
There was a disclaimer at during the fight and at the end can someone please translate it.
Something to the effect of, "soon the discussion among the queens in the werkroom will reach an unexpected conclusion."
i need you’re reaction about season 14 queenssssssss!!!!!!!
For us Italian queer kids Raffaella has always been the biggest icon. Her level of impact on the Italian gay community is 100% comparable to what Gaga, Madonna and Cher did for the Usa. She was the first celebrity to openly stand out for the lgbt community in Italy, back in the late 70s when homosexuality used to be considered like a literal mental illness by almost the entire italian population. She was a sex symbol as well, being the first italian woman to show her naked belly on television in the 70s and openly singing about the pleasure of sex and love during the times of television censorship. She taught Italians and the entire world about the beauty of sex, love and passion in all their shapes and dimensions. When she died in July, this year, Italians were all truly devastated. She was called “La Regina della televisione italiana” which means “The queen of Italian television” and it’s really hard to imagine someone else having the impact she had, she was one of those superstars that are born once in a millennium. I was so happy that drag race italia did something like this, so that people from all around the world can enjoy the beauty, the grace and the iconicness that Raffaella was
So precious, you two, discovering Raffaella!!
Let me go ahead and be first, first, first… again 😎😘
YASSS!!! 😘
For the Italian gays like me, Raffaella is GOD.
Rafaella was actress and tv presenter too. (forgot to add this info )
Guys you should really react to what happened in the werkroom 😳
I don't know why they didn't see the werkroom scenes??? Pecatto!
@@Pecorino1954 peccato*
The truth was I expected more, come on, it was Raffaella Carra the most famous star in Italy and all Latin America including the playback was not so good for such an iconic song , before Britney, Cher or Lady Gaga, Raffaella was my first gay childhood icon 💛💛💛
and not a word about the all drama in the untuck? hmmmm 🤨🤨🤨🤔🤔🤔🤔
Please react to "Día de muertas" of LMD, the looks of the queens are absolutely stunning!

Hey why are you guys not reacting to Lil Nas X or Doja Cat? You girls are missing the boat.
You don't know who Raffaella Carra' is? And you call yourselves queer?
show not good , shocking how tacky and cheep it looks. They all look like men in dresses ...tacky dresses!
