The man who lost his master, his best friend and student, the woman he loved and lost the order he dedicated his life to. The man who lost it all but never lost himself to the dark side
Obi Wan’s theme sounds so perfect for him. Its got that heroic and serene vibe but with a sad undertone. A melody that perfectly describes the life he lived

"You should have killed me when you had the chance." My heart hurts. We're getting to see just how brutal Anakin is now. And while it's awesome to see Vader in all his power, it's just sad when you remember this was once Anakin Skywalker. A kind, compassionate Jedi Knight, and a great master/brother figure to Ahsoka Tano. He wasn't wise, but he was clever. He wasn't always calm, but he cared and loved deeply. And in the end, the inability to let go, the fear of being alone....is what caused him to end up being alone in the end....it was all for nothing. Anakin's life was one of chains and servitude, and he deserved so much better.
@@hassanmasood186 They're probably gonna talk more in the ultimate fight. This is just a tasty taster fight. A prelude. But in context of the characters and in universe....the man is in shock and straight full on having PTSD moments so it makes sense he's stunned into silence.
@@ribottostudio He needs to do what Anakin never could...get his shit together because Padme's children are more important than his own pain, fears, and anxieties.
Obi-Wan Kenobi is, to me, the perfect Jedi. Despite everything he’s lost, despite the pain he is going through in the show, he remains faithful in the Force; and eventually becomes the wise and serene Jedi Master we see in A New Hope.
I agree. Obi-Wan always pressed on. He lost his master and father figure, but he pressed on, because he had a boy to train and an Order to serve. He lost his love, but he still had the Order and that same boy, now a grown man and a brother. He lost his brother, his Order, and the Republic, but Obi-Wan pressed on, because he had his brother’s son to watch over, to protect, to train. When Luke was ready, Obi-Wan finally quit, because Luke didn’t need him anymore.
I think he’s a great Jedi and yeah, he didn’t turn to the dark side but I wouldn’t say he’s the “perfect” one. He had a lot of flaws and I don’t hate him for that. He wasn’t the right person to train Anakin. He trained Anakin the way the Jedi council wanted him to which was one of the problems. The actions of the jedi, including him, for the clone wars, is not what they were supposed to be doing. They weren’t supposed to be soldiers. Even in the OT, Kenobi had flaws there too and he along with Yoda almost lost Luke to the dark side just like his father. If Luke did what those two said which was to have Luke kill his father, something he didn’t want to do, and to kill Sidious out of hatred, Luke would’ve been lost to the dark side.
I love Obi-Wan a lot, but so far it is a 6.2/10. That inquisitor lady needs to chill the heck out. She's trying to hard to be badass and hardcore, makes me cringe.
- Luke Skywalker is THE Jedi, heir, legacy and torch bearer of the Order. - Anakin Skywalker is the man who has thread the path of the light and dark sides of the Force. - Ahsoka Tano is the Jedi who has walked through time: past, present and future - Yoda is the pinnacle of what a Jedi could be - Obi-Wan Kenobi is the perfect representation of the beliefs of the Jedi

Do you know the key to hunting a Jedi, friend? It is patience. Jedi cannot help what they are. Their compassion leaves a trail. The Jedi Code is like an itch. He cannot help it. His compassion has been his undoing.
This show is insane. Vader is an absolute beast, a force to be reckoned with. He has instilled fear into Obi so severely. The anger inside him is surreal. The fact that he burned Obi Wan was just such an Anakin thing to do.
IKR that moment was so awesome. I hate when villains mock on the hero and don't kill them when they clearly have an advantage. But vadar doing what he did makes sense and i love it.

Their are so many layers to that thumbnail. Vader is centered at Obi's heart, and he's high on a cliff (thinking he's got an advantage) but Obi still has the high ground even when he's faded into the afterlife perhaps? I love this and the music. Obi blocking 40% of the sun behind him (the part of him that is lost) and the shadowing of Obi confirms that idea. He's a mixed bag but mostly good. His head facing towards the half that is light but that makes the brightest part, the sun, in his past. His belief is the sun and the light is the future.
Great as always but I believe the point of the obi wan theme is that it never turns into the force theme, but having the shards of it. Which gives the feeling that he is hiding from his jedi life.

There were elements of the imperial march when Reva first landed at the sea fortress and headed to the meeting room. But, yes, the music has been a disappointment.
