    This practice came up for me right away when I looked for a yoga Nidra following doing Laura’s manipura yoga practice. Loved the buzzing bee effect for me today. I’m once again feeling both soothed and rejuvenated. Thanks 🙏🏻 ❤

    Thank you. I loved the intro, i am here, ia am resting, i am practicing yoga Nidra. It is really helpful with sentences like this as I am having pretty severe cptds right now. it really helps to stay as much as possible out of dissociation, which often times happens during nidras. Thank you
